FacebookI couldn’t recommend Caulfields Residential Sales highly enough and I would not hesitate in using him again. Paying a fixed fee upfront saved me £2187.50 in estate agency fees when compared to other local estate agents. Dan was extremely knowledgable, friendly and answered all my questions promptly. Don’t waste your time and money with any other estate agent and use Caulfields.

GoogleDan helped us to sell our last house and it was his personal input that made the deal to be concluded. His manner, calmness and energy throughout negotiations and his bright, professional and straightforward guidance helped the sale to be finalised. If you have a house to sell in the Devizes area, then I have no hesitation in recommending Dan to be your agent. If this is not enough of a recommendation, he sells houses for a low fixed-fee. No commission!

GoogleI cannot recommend Caulfields Residential sales highly enough. They are extremely knowledgeable, hard working, and very professional. We have recieved great service from them from the moment we contacted them, it felt like they were working for us and really cared. They have made the stress of sellings a house a far more pleasurable experience with their helpful tips and advice. Caulfields have given us the same benefits as a traditional estate agent but with a much MUCH more palatable fee! If you want to sell your house there is only one agent to go with.... Caulfields Residential they are nothing short of brilliant.

GoogleSo glad we asked Dan to sell my Mother in laws bungalow in Devizes, despite living 60 miles away Dan looked out for us and kept us updated. Even when we were abroad on holiday we still had updates. We would have no qualms using Dan again as he looks after you really well.
