Where do we even begin!

Where do we even begin? From the moment we arrived, the whole experience has been incredible. We’re now making the final decisions for our new home and eagerly waiting for it all to come together. We honestly couldn’t recommend the team enough. Hannah at the Kilmarnock site has been absolutely fantastic, professional, knowledgeable and reassuring throughout. She has made us feel happy, confident and completely at ease every step of the way.

We were very interested to take a look at the Whitford Heights development in Bromsgrove. We really liked the houses on offer and the quality of the construction. In particular I would like to mention the help we received from Rick, the Ashberry Homes on site salesperson. Great experience as first time buyers!

Popped in for our second visit to Ashberry homes at Whitford Heights last weekend and had the most amazing time! As first time buyers, we’re relatively new to this and Rick couldn’t have been more helpful - going above and beyond to show us different homes and give us as much information as he could. We have fallen in love with a house type and are eagerly waiting for its release, thinking of any excuse possible to go back to the site and speak to Rick to get even more excited!!! Couldn’t have been a more positive experience!

It’s a five star from me

We’ve just recently moved into our new Ashberry home in Desborough. The site manager (Dips) and his team have been outstanding. The moving in process has been made very easy thanks to his excellent customer service and putting us at ease with moving into our new Ashberry home. Dips has been very informative and has been readily available and willing to give of his time to answer any questions and give us help & advice in every way possible. Our new house has been presented to us in excellent cleanliness, quality decor & fittings and any minor snags that were found were swiftly resolved! We hope to have many happy years in our beautifully designed new home. Every Ashberry home site needs a site manager like Dips!

Here’s an email I’ve just had to send to top management. I’m sure you can get a feel for how the company works. Please see attached photos. My shower is still on my landing since work to rectify your bodge job was completed on the 19th July. I am still disabled and I am still struggling to use the main bath to shower in.Also, where is the key to my house I left for the clowns onsite? Or is this another lost key and yet again you will be replacing my locks?I have no faith that this will be getting sorted soon. Unless you agree for me to use my own contractors and you pay the bills I will be seeking legal action. There were nearly 200 snags that needed sorting in this house before we moved in and more have been added along the way. Less than half have been completed in a year.Your company is a joke. If I don’t hear back from you in a timely manner things will be escalated.Regards,Plot 104Poppy Fields

All round appauling

Bellway took us to view a plot so we got a feel for it first time on the same site, however who we went with instead Ashberry Have been refusing 1 too many times now to view our plot which we have invested a lot of money for, a lot of the choices where chose for us due to getting it toward completion, however we hated the kitchen cupboards (wouldn’t have bought if we couldn’t change as a lot to replace them all ontop of what we are already paying) When asked if we could have a flooring package included too as we didn’t get to choose anything we got it flung back in our faces the sales rep acted like she done us a huge favour as if we didn’t pay for them ourselves as we wanted better ones. Our sales rep, doesn’t seem bothered at all, asked for photos of the plot as they had plasterers in and still yet to receive them, only can accommodate a “meet the builder” during a working week which most people work full time. If we weren’t due to be completed we would have pulled out. Horrendous customer service

Hollie is brilliant at bourne springs

Me and my partner decided we wanted to purchase our first home together back in April! We wasn’t having any luck with style of houses and We was driving around everywhere to find different developers and viewing different show homes! And we was coming to a dead end! We just wanted our first home to be right! We then came across Ashberry homes in Bourne springs, hollie welcomed us in! We spoke about what type of houses we have looked at so far. And spoke about what styles we wasn’t so keen on! We was so happy that Hollie introduced us to the wisteria! We fell in love with this property! Soon as we got an accepted AIP we put a reservation down and got to choose a few upgrades! We got a call from our mortgage advisor on 18/06/24 to congratulate us as our mortgage application has been accepted! I really cannot thank Hollie enough! She has been so supportive through our entire journey! Me and my partner still view different show homes for inspiration and we haven’t come across anyone who’s been welcoming and helpful, as much as Hollie has been! Not only do We get excited to see the progress of the property we are also happy to see hollie! She always invites us in with a warm welcome! Amazing service! 20/10 thank you again Hollie! Roundhouse Park, Melton Mowbray…

We started our house search journey in March 2023 and looked around so many different houses - pre loved and new builds. One of the first new developments we visited was Roundhouse Park in Melton along with all the other new house sites in Melton and dealing with Ellena was like a breath of fresh air to other sites. She was proactive - actually got out of her chair to help us (some didn’t !), happy to answer any questions we had and took us on site to look at plots without need to make an appointment. We did have several visits to Roundhouse Park over the months and Ellena was always as willing and helpful, my only negative for the sales office was when Ellena was on holiday, the people who were stand-ins had no information or updates which was frustrating as feel that if covering, the people doing so should be up to speed on sales and availability. Due to plot availability and timing, we actually reserved with an alternative builder and felt bad as Ellena was so nice and didn’t want to do her out of a sale. As it happened, two months later, the sale of our house - we decided to wait for one on Roundhouse Park and was delighted to be back with Ashberry Homes into one of the first houses we had seen in 2023, so we went full circle. We had some usual snagging and these so far have been dealt with efficiently by a new site manager, Charlie who is also a pleasure to deal with.

Absolutely fantastic so far!

From the moment we met Danielle in the sales office we knew we'd found the perfect location for our next home. Danielle arranged for us to view a different house style at a Bellway site in Poynton than we'd initially been interested in, we're glad she did because we fell in love with this house style immediately. Throughout the process so far, Danielle has been excellent, helped us choose our additions, and supporting us through the highs and lows of getting the mortgage we needed. Gail who also covers the sales office has been great, keeping us informed of survey visits and where things are up to with the build. We met Mac the site manager twice, once when we reserved to go through the build process and again when we got to go in our home pre plaster stage. We're excited to be exchanging contracts in the next few weeks and hopefully being in our new home by August. Our journey has been great so far, and we've been impressed. The team on The Acadamy are an absolute credit to Ashberry Homes!
