GoogleWilliam H Brown we’re the estate agent I chose following the sudden passing of my late brother. They were totally respectful during the time I requested their services before the property was ready to put on the market. Their advice when the property did come to market was carried out so professionally by themselves they made for me a heartbreaking time that much easier for which I am so grateful. There communication to me was always frequent and informative and I feel confident that they achieved for me the best price for the property. GoogleUnfortunately a most unhappy experience. Found us a buyer [which any agency would have done frankly] and then did not communicate with us, other agents or our solicitors for over three months. Didn't even know we had exchanged contracts! We have formally complained and they have said it is not a 'service level agreement' and have offered derisory compensation for their appalling service. We will never use again.

GoogleI contacted William H Brown in the summer to book a valuation of my property.A prompt appointment was made and Richard arrived on time and clearly had lots of local expertise. He gave a clear and professional appraisal of my house highlighting the good points I knew it had and pointing out positives in other areas I'd not previously thought about. It was a relaxed valuation and at no point was there any pressure. In the end I decided not to sell and yet when I informed Richard of my decision he was kind and encouraging.

GoogleThis place is a sham, obv dont have their much interest in selling project properties to anyone apart from their friends. Two semis came for sale in Tacolneston, the day the boards went up i contacted them, they said “oh we havent started marketing them yet” but offered me viewing and booked the time what was the earliest appointment they could fit in. I was v interested in buying the pair which was expressed, as one of them was v small with no parking. They man called me and said, sorry one is now under offer, but the otherone was available which was pointless so i declined, i still asked if i could view but said no, there wasnt any point. 6 months on the not so good one is still for sale, and regularly the price is being pushed down. Would it not make sense to sell two straight away? And have your vendors interests Looked after too?! Not if your just an average investor.

GoogleVERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE. Misleading information about buyers status for six months, kept being told mortgage was coming through within days.. Still not sold and left in financial uncertainty.. Poor communication throughout. VERY BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.

GooglePushy Pushy Pushy! I do not appreciate William H Brown’s pressured sales techniques when all I wanted was to simply book a viewing. I’ve heard of their attitude before but having never experienced it first hand I had no idea just how pushy they are. I would certainly not deal with them unless I absolutely had to.
