No real problems experienced apart from a viewing being cancelled at last minute due to staff emergency. Apart from that Jessica updated me on a regular basis and any queries were responded to promptly and the final push towards meeting deadline completion date was addressed professionally.

GoogleSo far so good! Initially put my property up with another estate agent and that was a big mistake. I switched to Minors and Brady and they immediately got me viewers and an offer. The team have been great so far including Caitlin who's been overseeing communications between the seller and buyer. I'm hoping the sale will nearly be done soon but have been very impressed so far.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Hannah Graver took us round a property last week, was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions. Also noticed how she was respectful to the home owners and asked us to take our shoes off which isn’t something other agents have worried about.

We have had the best experience in purchasing our home through Minors and Brady. We’re first time buyers and from making an offer to exchange it’s been 7 weeks, Nagilla from the after sales team has been fantastic, very patient with our questions, and called us weekly with updates and supported with chasing solicitors when we were waiting for stuff. Couldn’t recommend more!!!!
