AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID *RENTERS* AVOIDI didn’t even want to give them one star but I had too. The worst estate agents I have ever rented from. The house was unliveable & no repairs carried out despite constant contact. They didn’t want to ‘spend money’.So they issued a section 21.I moved out MONTHS ago and STILL trying to get my despite back. Awful people, awful estate agents. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

GoogleOur house move was a challenge to say the least. The market being what it is currently meant that there was a huge pressure to complete before the stamp duty holiday ended. We lost buyers for varied reasons and our chain almost collapsed again 6 months on and the day we were due to exchange. The team at M&B were very professional. Listening to our wishes and keeping us informed. I want to specially mention Dan and Chloe for going above and beyond to attempt hold the chain together and allay our concerns. The stress was monumental but we got there. Chloe especially, has meant that if I ever need to move again (not bloody likely) I wouldn't hesitate to use M&B again.PositiveProfessionalism
