TrustpilotUse Minors and Brady, they get the job done!
From start to finish Minors have been fantastic. The communication is excellent. Jasmine Fitt in after sales has been fantastic, she has kept me sane and has the best negociating skills. Her after sales care has been above and beyond expectations. I would recommend this firm to anyone. I have sold and completed in just under 4 months.

GoogleExcellent service from Callum and the team at Dereham. Listing to sale was only 6 days, they kept me informed and updated on an almost daily basis and their valuation was absolutely bang-on. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

TrustpilotExcellent viewings
I had the pleasure of being shown around five properties on a Monday morning with M&B's Sam Beggs. He was punctual, knowledgable and confident - a good listener and definitely understood the real world assets I was looking for. Most of the information required was to hand and the small amount that wasn't was quickly sourced and supplied.I would highly recommend both Sam and M&B based on my experiences so far.

GoogleWe bought a house being sold by Minors and Brady. They made the whole process easy and effortless. James (our Sales Progressor) kept us updated with frequent calls and emails and was always available to take calls and get answers to our queries. Lots of back and forth during this stage and we felt he handed them very quickly and professionally. We were then passed on to Cass for completion and again couldn't fault the service she provided. We had weekly updates on how the sale was progressing towards completion of contracts and if needed could always get her on the phone. Would highly recommend Minors and Brady Derham branch, they genuinely seem really interested and cared about getting things done quickly but in a friendly and professional manner.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWould highly recommend the team at Minors and Brady. Every member of the team were very accommodating and helpful throughout securing the sale. Once the sale was agreed, I was looked after by Nagilla Santos who bent over backwards and jump through hoops to keep the deal alive for me. Having been a first time buyer with far too many complications, i truly believe she played a huge part in getting the deal over the line. I am very grateful, Many thanks!

GoogleI have bought and sold several properties over the past 20 years and always used an estate agent to help me do this. I chose Minors & Brady as they had recently sold 2 properties similar to mine in the same area. They did not disappoint! This is a professional agent from start to finish. Regular and full communication from Caitlin meant that I always knew where I was in the process; she clearly understands the needs of sellers and the importance of professional communication. Her professionalism and pleasant manner typifies the many staff I dealt with from valuation (brilliant Curtis!) to Caitlin who provided the post-offer service. I would certainly use this agent again and highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling. I have never been a fan of estate agents but am a definite convert now I've used Minors & Brady! Well done Caitlin!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

TrustpilotUnprofessional
Shown round houses with minors and Brady. They didn’t turn the power on for the first viewing so we had to view a house in the dark with only the light on our phones. Multiple viewings after with no heating even though we requested it. They didn’t know anything about the house and couldn’t answer any questions. Sold my house with them as well. Mistake. Can’t speak to anyone when you do they just lie to you telling you things they think you want to hear. Every other week the person looking after you quits and leaves the company but no one tells you so you are just looking for a response. The estate agent showing people around my house was saying negative things about me all picked up and recorded on my pet cam. Over all extremely disappointed. Terrible experience that took nearly 6 months in total. Don’t use.
