Very impressed with the service provided by Minors & Brady, they have a seamless process throughout, from marketing our property to booking in potential buyers to moving over to the after sales team, all members of staff have been polite friendly and professional. Claire from the after-sales team has been outstanding, I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough, she has gone above and beyond helping out and ensuring that our sale went through. She’s been on hand whenever I have needed to speak with her and has kept us updated with every step throughout our sale. Highly recommended to anyone & would defiantly use them again.

We have had really excellent service from Claire Wilson, who has kept us up to date with all that has been happening. This is no mean feat as the sale fell through a few times. It was reassuring to know that we had someone to liaise with who knew us. A huge thank you to Minors and Brady they have been truly fabulous.

Minors and Brady Caister have been so helpful, they helped us with all our viewings and always called us the next day to see how we got on with the viewing and when we found the house that we loved and put an offer in they helped us with it straight away. We have had Melanie for our viewings and she has been helpful and tired to answer all the questions that we have had.

We are only at the viewing stage at the moment but I had such a positive experience being shown around one of the properties by one of the estate agents Emily. She was able to help me vision different things in the house and different ideas that could be taken forward and gave me time to view it carefully without feeling rushed. She was so friendly and chatty and overall made it such a positive experience.

Had nothing but good experiences with minors and Brady. The agents are all really helpful and friendly. I have regular contact with them as in the process of selling my property. Went to view a property yesterday with agent Hannah she is also the agent that’s been showing people round my property and is doing a wonderful job at attracting viewings for me. She is really friendly and helpful and answered any questions that we had. Defo recommend minors and Brady to others.
