Emily was very helpful and friendly at both viewings had so far, and very knowledgeable about the properties themselves. No question was too much and gave plenty of space and time to view.

Dreadful from start to finish. Over price properties, tie you in for 20 weeks and they will ask you to reduce constantly. We had so many problems with the sales team and then with after sales. From area directors calling you to tell you what you had in writing from another manager won't be honoured as it hadn't been cleared with them, to cramming two viewings into a 30 minute slot and arriving 10 minutes late without a clue about the property they're showing potential buyers around. We sold for 12% under our asking price and to sell we had to reduce 3 times in 8 weeks. After we lost our second buyer we were asked to reduce again, three days later it sold. Clueless amateurs masquerading as estate agents. Don't fall for the fancy bright photos and slick marketing and use a proper estate agent who actually knows the market they're operating in

Very happy with the service we received, always kept us updated and had plenty of viewings. Always friendly and helpful on the telephone. I would point out that I felt the initial valuation was too high, therefore wasted a few months, although having seid that, I understand that they obviously want to get the best price for you. I am not mentioning anyone by name because everyone I dealt with was very professional and friendly and I would have no hesitation recommending Minors and Brady to any of my friends and family.

The aftersales team were fantastic at keeping the whole chain informed of the current position from offer acceptance to completion. Nagilla in particular was phenomenal in how she handled the process during some difficult and stressful times, handling solicitors, developers and customers amazingly. She was polite throughout and went the extra mile doing work beyond what's expected to make sure we all got to complete on our dream homes. She's an asset to the team and working with her was an absolute pleasure.

I have had somewhat negative experiences of Estate Agents during the last few years - however Minors and Brady, came up trumps being Positive in their promotion of my property despite several false starts not their problem just people who were not sure what they wanted or looking for - Rosie Turley held it together as far as I was concerned being professional and positive I was tempted to withdraw my property several times but she persuaded me to hang in. I found that all of the staff were well trained and positive this in my opinion of good staff training. Thank all of you for your efforts. Tony Whit

I think it's fair to say that our recent house purchase took a lot longer than we had expected, mainly due to the person at the top of the chain seemingly being indecisive about exchange dates. However, Caitlin at Minors and Brady didn't fail to harry, chase and cajole throughout the process to try and get information and keep us informed. She went above and beyond her remit in order to make the sale happen as quickly as possible, for which we are very grateful. Great job Caitlin!

Very poor. We made an appointment to have a house valued, they cancelled it, so we made another appointment. We phoned to confirm the day before, they sent us an email confirming the appointment.They didn't turn up, we telephoned them, to be told that it had been cancelled again and without letting us know.We have a 2 hour round trip so it was a waste of our time, money and fuel.
