My praise here goes to your after sales team…predominately Rosie Turley. Simply put, without her tenacity, hard work (at least twice contacting me out of her normal working hours to ensure this sale held together) and her patience (which was tried way beyond human boundaries by our buyer’s solictor!) this sale would not have crossed the line. Minors and Brady you are very, very lucky to have her! She kept us calm and sane at THE most trying of times. Would highly recommend your services. A very professional estate agent Matthew James Turner from this agency conducted a second viewing with prospective buyers at my house this evening . I was very impressed with his professional manner and communication skills . He was efficient , friendly and approachable . He was genuine and knowledgable with a reassuring interest in wanting to help the buyers , aswell as myself . It gave me confidence in his ability to serve his clients well according to their needs .

Whilst our sale fell through and this was nothing to do with M&B, there were many frustrating elements throughout the experience, not least the regular request to liaise directly with our about arranging viewings and being told they didn't have the tenant's number despite having called them just days before.

Was initially put off the 1st viewing. They wasn’t interested in letting us view. We then managed to get a viewing, owner had no idea we’d been put off viewing the first time. We put in an offer but offer not told to the owner for them to even consider. In between our first and second visit the price has reduced. Strange behaviour considering we made it very clear we were interested straight away. Not quite sure what to make of our experience so far to be honest. It’s like you’re being actively put off buying the property they’re trying to sell until your property is sold; despite driving from London to meet the owner 3 times. I mean, we wouldn’t bother doing that if we wasn’t serious. Hoping for a better experience in the coming weeks. I’m sure things will change once we’ve sold. Not filling us with confidence though and judging by older reviews this is how they operate and it seems we’re not the only ones to have been treated like this first off. Family member also moving and hasn’t sold yet, made an offer yesterday for a property with another agent. This was put forward to the owners and then was accepted. So why do M&B behave so differently?Update- clearly just a waste of our time. Still looking for properties in the area but will not view any that are with this company as we don’t want the hassle (even if it might potentially be the perfect property). So many better agents in the area that go the extra mile to help you find what you’re looking for. M&B block you from the off like they actively don’t want your custom, never known a company like it.

I had Joe showing me and my wife around, he was very informative, no pressure on time, also we found out we both had girls the same age as we had a casual chat before ending the vewing.He recommended me the nearby school in which he sends his daughter which he recommended that we have a look around after the viewing, and we pretty much had a good all around experience.

Viewings, they went above and beyond (I left my bag in the property and Magenta very kindly drove all the way back to retrieve it with no complaint) and after sales are on the ball. Unlike their competitors, who I used to sell my house, this has been a smooth, fast and positive experience. Plus I’m buying an absolute dream home. Thank you everyone.

Viewed a house on Friday said I wanted to do a second viewing with my daughter. I was told someone would contact me Saturday. I filled in the their survey about the house saying the above. Never got a call, I rang Monday only to be told they had SSTC that morning.
