Homeworks Dereham reviews

We had to find an Estate Agent in an area that we didn't know to sell my Father in laws house and chose Homeworks based on previous reviews. George handled our sale for us and we have had excellent service and communication throughout. Valuation and listing was done quickly and an open house arranged within a few days. In less than 10 days the house was sold and from that point on we just sat back while it all went on around us. Any issues or questions were dealt with swiftly and the professionalism is second to none. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Homeworks.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Having to sell a property for the first time I chose Homeworks, so glad I did as they go that extra mile! The team are very attentive to their clients, the customer service received was outstanding. From the initial contact with Carl for valuation to both George and Lauren dealing with the sale, they all kept me appraised, with updates via telephone/email, and if any questions were raised, these were promptly answered by return. Throughout the whole process their approach to professionalism helped to alleviate worries and concerns that we all have with this stressful process. Superb service with great communications and would have no problem in recommending them. Thank you Homeworks!

Homeworks have been superb. I have completed today after a smooth sale. Bradley has kept me up to date at every turn, even occasionally I have been contacted by a member of the team to advise when there has been no movement which really helped me to feel they were still on it and doing what they could. Would 100% recommend and use in the future.

Homeworks are amazing! They were there to support us every step of the way when we sold our home with them. They even took responsibility for ensuring that others in the chain were on track. We received a personal service tailored to our needs. They were always willing to do accompanied viewings, gave prompt feedback from viewers, and successfully negotiated the price for us. They also supported us in finding our new home. Excellent service!

Carl, Sylwia, George and Lauren at Homework’s were a pleasure to deal with when we were looking for our new home. All viewings were carried out in a COVID safe manner, all enquiries were answered quickly and professionally and it was obvious they all know the local housing market extremely well. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were all willing to go that extra mile and were very happy to contact solicitors and the local authorities on our behalf with any requests we had. We would have no hesitation in using Homework’s again and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Carl and his team are very professional and courteous. They sold my flat in The Maltings when others failed. I should have gone to them in the first place. I won't make that mistake again.
