GoogleExcellent friendly professional service from all the team in selling our home, really pushed on our behalf to bring to conclusion a difficult chain despite numerous challenges along the way keeping us informed at all times, I would highly recommend Carl and the team at Homework’s , being a family run business you certainly get the extra service that some of the other companies don’t offer

GoogleMy other-half has recently sold a house through George at Homework’s, George was very professional from the beginning, nothing was too much to ask. Gave a realistic valuation on the property. Giving weekly updates on where we was at with the sale. Never pushy or unprofessional at anytime during the house going on the market to sale complete. I would 100% recommend homework’s to anyone looking to sell or buy a property. There is other estate agents which after currently buying our new property I would never recommend! If only the property we are buying was with George, we would have no stress or worries. Can’t recommend George/ homework’s enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We had a difficult time with our chain (only 2 houses in it), but Lauren was our saviour, Solicitors chased, everyone kept upto date, survey dates pushed and when removal firm problem arose, Lauren kept everything under control and moving forward. We could not have done this without all her hard work and dedication. Thank you so much. GoogleSelling a property is stressful at the best of times but the pandemic added a whole new level! Homeworks team has helped us tremendously by giving us a clear and honest analysis of the state of the property market in Dereham at the time. A huge nod to Lauren as without her we are genuinely not sure things would have happened at the pace we needed them to. The lockdown delayed the sale, but Lauren kept with it and chased all leads possible, following up by checking buyers progress down the chain. We can't rate her professionalism and diligence highly enough. The chain was quite long and complicated, but Lauren was fantastic and was extremely helpful in helping us to complete the sale successfully. We strongly believe Homeworks is the best estate agent in the region. The team is extremely efficient and honest. Many thanks for the whole team and we would highly recommend them.

I was selling through a nation wide agent previously and the comparison between the two companies was staggering. from the outset, Homeworks where professional, honest and most importantly it always felt like they genuinely cared about selling my house. Lauren was working on my sale for the majority of time. Although I was working away a lot, I always trusted that she was working tirelessly the sell the house, which given the current climate was difficult. FacebookWonderful experience buying through Homeworks. Lauren was personable, professional and proactive throughout, from first viewing to completion. When she was unavailable for any reason, George made sure we hot a seamless service. Lauren kept up the pressure on solicitors to progress things and facilitated sensible conversations with the seller. We were kept right up to date with developments and stumbling blocks throughout. Finally and amazingly, she arranged for the "sold" sign to be removed the day after we moved in! This might seem a small thing, but the joy of not having to hassle the agent for weeks to clear what in effect becomes litter in my front garden!!

FacebookLauren at homeworks was absoloutely fantastic helping us with the purchase of our first house, she was so informative, always kept in touch to let us know what was going on every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble for her, George was also at hand too when Lauren was out of the office but I couldn't recommend them enough, I will always use Lauren at homeworks from now on absoloutely fabulous!!! thank you!!!!

GoogleWell what can I say? From the moment of valuation with Carl to our completion with Mati it has been plain sailing! Mati has worked so hard at every point, communication is flawless. We even had a phone call when there were no updates just to check in with us! I would 100% recommend these guys, it has been an absolute pleasure.

FacebookI have come to the conclusion that majority of estate agents don’t help with the pressure and stress that is enforced onto yourselves when selling and buying. I thought I’d made a bad choice when deciding to go with homework’s because of other estate agents hassling 24/7. However, homework’s have been the only estate agents to actually stick to excellent communication, answering any questions in a timely fashion, and made me generally feel like I was important and not just another sale! A special thanks to Lauren for everything you have done for us! Our experience wouldn’t have been the same without you! Now we can enjoy our lovely new home, and when the time comes to find our forever home We will defiantly be heading your way!

We had some problems along the way, which was at no fault of ours or Homeworks, but Lauren was an absolute star and went above and beyond what her role was and really went out of her way for us. We were relocating to a different country so had so much riding on things running smoothly and for a particular exchange date, and I honestly felt like she understood and genuinely cared about our situation. FacebookWe have recently sold our Bungalow in Mattishall, Carl and his team gave us fantastic advice on how to present the Bungalow ( so listen, they are the experts)They kept in touch with us with updates regularly.We had an open house, just before lockdown, Carl and George kept in touch via email and mobile, we sold very quickly, slight delay with Covid, but nothing to be concerned about.Carl and George kept updating the solicitors and advised us to keep in touch with the solicitor to make sure everything went through easily.I would always go with smaller independent firms, the service is exceptional, they know the area and they work tirelessly.Thank you Carl George and all the team for the fantastic service, and I love the pen with the light on the end, just the thing for a nurse on night duty.

GoogleIt all started to happen in October 2021 as previously a different buyer pulled out, so it went back on the market and sold the same week thanks to Lauren and George. They worked hard to get the deal done with another buyer, and everything fell into place. We then moved into our new home in October with a big thanks to Homeworks.
