GoogleI found Homeworks very helpful and kept us informed all the way selling my mums bungalow Lauren was a star in this process it was a very sad time for me and Lauren was so lovely.Carl made us feel at ease when he came out to value the bungalow and explained everything to us over all are experience with Homeworks was 10/10 wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell once again thank you everyone at Homeworks.

GoogleVery pleased with my experience having worked with other estate agents in the past. Right off the bat, the whole team were very professional, communicative and transparent. Carl gave a comprehensive summary of the property value and justification for their preferred approach which all sounded great. As a result of their hard work, our house was only on the market 6 days before an offer was made which we were very happy with. As we both bought and sold through homeworks, Mati was a complete godsend throughout. He was always very patient and willing to chat through any concerns or questions that we had. I'd thoroughly recommend homeworks to anyone and would happily use them again in the future!

FacebookMyself and my brother had a property to sell and I cannot fault Homework’s at all. From the minute we had Mati round to value, photograph,market the property and get it sold, everything was top standard. I’ve used other estate agents in Dereham in the past and Homeworks are the best in my opinion. Lauren was exceptionally fab with her regular up to date phone calls. She kept us in the loop at every step of the sale. Mati and Lauren are extremely professional and excellent at their job, friendly and approachable. There was a bit of a blip on exchange day (not their fault at all) but with Laurens help getting papers re-witnessed, everything got exchanged and completed as planned. I would 100% recommend Homeworks to anybody and will definitely use them in the future if needed. Thank you for all of your help getting our property sold 😊 Sally E

GoogleCannot thank theses lot enough! Mainly dealt with Karl, Matti and Lauren. We brought and sold with these guys and my word do they try there hardest, to make it as stress free as possible. So professional and great communication from them. We were with a different agent to start with. One comes and values and different ones sell it, they never stepped in the house and I couldn’t understand how they could sell a house they haven’t seen. Homework’s when being valued 2 come in. Karl did the photos with Matti who helped sell it and then Lauren who helped with the purchase and communicated with us for the buy.

GoogleFrom our first contact with Homeworks to completion of our sale/purchase, we have found the service to be exceptional. Carl provided a realistic valuation, agreed an excellent rate for their services and marketed the property quickly. We agreed an offer within a few weeks and the after-sales support we have received from Lauren and the team has been incredible. They have been such a help in securing completion with a tricky chain. We dealt with Lauren, Mati and Carl and all were friendly, approachable and happy to help. Highly recommend this local agent.

We sold our house as no chain for our lovely buyers as they needed a quicker sale as they had already had an offer on their home and a previous sale fall through. George was who dealt with us mostly and he was amazing, continuously chasing the buyers awful solicitor and even sending me the email trail which showed how hard he was trying to push the sale through. We then struggled to find our next home but George would send me potential houses that actually suited our needs and wasn’t a generic email that’s sent to however many on a waiting list. We’ve since then dealt with numerous other estate agents and we haven’t felt that any of them have been anywhere near as good as Homework’s. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Homework’s again! Thank you all but especially George for the brilliant work ☺️

I was selling through a nationwide agent previously and the comparison between the two companies was staggering. from the outset, Homeworks where professional, honest and most importantly it always felt like they genuinely cared about selling my house. Lauren was working on my sale for the majority of time. Although I was working away a lot, I always trusted that she was working tirelessly the sell the house, which given the current climate was difficult. Homeworks Dereham get my highest recommendations for anyone living the area and I would use them again, without hesitation.

GoogleHomeworks have been such a great help to me and my family in both selling our house and our onward purchase. It didn't take them long, at all, to find a buyer. What I didn't realise, however, is how important 'aftersales' is and this is where they blew me away with how fantastic they are. They kept me updated, were proactive, helped with any issues which arose during the conveyancing process. They remained calm, helpful and assuring despite my heightened anxiety. I have experienced half a dozen of the other agents which serve the Dereham area and I wouldn't recommend anyone else - in fact they're now selling my father-in-law's house. Every single member of the team have been fantastic throughout. They were thorough, understanding of our circumstances, caring, on the ball, more than helpful with recommending electricians for checks etc. What we felt would be an incredibly difficult time, was made all the easier by the team…it was seamless and all sold without hiccups.
