GoogleBooking the room was easy online. Staff were friendly, helpful and communicated well. The place itself was spotless, no sign of rodents. There are customer toilets. The lift is a good size for larger items. Access is good. I mentioned all these points as I have had experience of this not being the case. The only negative for me was it not being 24hr access so trips will require planning. If 24hr access is not a requirement I would definitely recommend.

GoogleVery flexible service. I had to keep changing the move in date owing to hold ups with my completion for about 5 weeks and they were really understanding and patient. Once I moved in, the initial unit I had chosen was too small but they very quickly found a suitable larger unit. Clean and uncluttered, secure and competitively priced, coupled with excellent, friendly customer service which took the stress right out of the whole process and made this the right choice for me.
