FacebookI purchased a property through Your Move and also sold mine through them too. They were great throughout the whole process and I would recommend these guys 1 million percent! Massive thanks to Tom, Hannah & Izzy who helped me with advice and guidance. If you need any advice on mortgages, their internal advisor Kev is also great. Thanks again guys for everything!

GoogleEXTREMELY CORRUPT AND TERRIBLE SERVICE by a covetous estate agent ‘VICKY’ !!!! Perpetual deceit by ‘Vicky’ using Laws and rules that were made up in her head in order to conserve her commission! ‘Vicky’ and a small selection of her colleagues chose to ignore questions and assembled a unnecessary disunity. This callow and corrupt worker named Vicky, an inexperienced bogus sales manager leaves the possibility of you selling or letting your property with this branch futile! Management disregard and swerve liability and are now deceitfully provide sanctuary for her gross misconduct admitting they trying to get ratings up and people to trust her! Do not Buy or Rent properties from Mary ashton branch. This is a dishonest, devious and disgustingly horrendous franchise and puts shame onto the name of Your move. Careful using this agent. TREAD WEARILY!!
Just to be clear Aaron. I have no idea who you are and if you have ever used our agency. We certainly have had no issues raised by any with your name at any point that I can remember. However I would like to reinforce a previous response. All recent positive reviews are from genuine customers. They have not been incentivised to leave reviews and I am happy to provide evidence to anyone who wants to query this. Once again I would encourage you to contact our branch to discuss any genuine issues you may have with our service

GooglePLEASE READ ENTIRE REVIEW Having recently dealt with the denton Mary Ashton, and had viewings in the past few years and noticing fake reviews recently posted i urge you to question why they have been posted, if you click on most recent, 3 reviews all posted in the last 24 hours all for 5 stars, which all mention a certain estate agent employee, I believe these reviews are fake in order to tackle the recent bad reviews the branch has been receiving, instead of them addressing the real issue here which is their below average customer service. They do not have the seller or buyers best interest in mind unfortunately. The employee mentioned in the most recent reviews is not one you can trust in my opinion and I do not wish to put anyone off using the branch, as with all estate agents I just urge you to be careful! If you have had REAL dealings please review so more of us are aware, as a property is going to be your home it should be a pleasurable experience! James

I would like to respond to a couple of points. 1) The three reviews posted in the past 24 hours are 100% genuine reviews from customers who have either sold or bought via ourselves. If you, or anyone else, would like to see confirmation of this please contact our office on 0161 320 3100. 2) You are right. We have had an unusually large amount of unfavourable reviews in the last couple weeks. We do not feel that this accurately reflects the service that we provide so we asked several of our recent customers to leave reviews. As you can see in my responses to the other reviews some of these unfavourably reviews have been from customers that we have no record of ever dealing with. 3) Ultimately, the most important thing is that we are doing a good job for our clients. I can assure anybody reading these comments that customer service is is extremely important to us and would actively encourage anyone who feels like their experience has not been to our usual high standard to contact us directly.

GoogleI sold my property in August 2018 having decided to go with Your Move Mary Ashton. I did intiallly ship around however after meeting Tom and hearing about the company it was an easy choice. From start to finish they were amazing. One stand out person for me was Vicky. She kept me informed at all times and was extremely helpful when it really counted. She is exactly what great customer looks like. I honestly don't think I would have gotten through the process without her. That being said everything I called the branch the other staff were equally as lovely and helpful. If I ever decide to move house again I won't bother shopping around and just head straight back to Your Move

Vicky's valuation was more generous than a previous firm yet was still realistic. Vicky is always happy to help with any questions and she went the extra mile and amazingly even found us a buyer before the house even went on the market!

GoogleFirst. I have to say that they made selling a house as painless as possible. They pick up the phone and do call you back with updates....which is refreshing. We always felt they were trying their best for us and were a great help with viewings as we were abroad a lot of the time. On the first weekend of sale they arranged multiple viewings which resulted in an acceptable offer. Throughout the process I was kept fully informed & everything went extremely smoothly, resulting in completion last week. My main dealings have been with Jenny and I have often spoken with Mary who has given me lots of advice. In the future I will be listing a rental property with them and will most likely be speaking a lot with Emma who organizes lettings.

Property sold within a week and the staff work really hard to keep you updated and move things along quickly and smoothly. Worth every penny, was recommended by other customers of theirs and I would highly recommend to other people.

GoogleWe have just purchased our first home with the help Your Move Mary Ashton. All I can say is that I got 100% professionalism from all the agents that I have dealt with here. All staff are very helpful when you can go into the office. Unfortunately due to COVID it took over 12 months to complete our purchase, but each step of the way we was given updates regarding the back log on search etc. Our case was dealt with by Mary. I cannot thank this lady enough! The help and professionalism she showed throughout helping us deal with lazy conveyancers, chasing council searches and sellers who changed their mind like the weather! The amount of updates I received made the whole situation a lot less stressful. She went above and beyond at every step for us. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you, for all your help again 😊
