GoogleAfter working for Mary Ashton for over 2 years I have decided to move on and have a change!! I worked very hard up until my last day. As you can see by my reviews below I always give 100 %! Your move didn’t take my leaving very well. I worked a months notice and was told I would be paid my bonus. However I had a day off work in my notice period too look after my very poorly nana. Apparently this justifies them taking my bonus from me and leaving me to struggle which they told me they wouldn’t do!!!! I was also told off Mary Ashton herself that she was going to contact my new boss and jeopardise my new job! However I am now in my new job and settled and just wanted to say enjoy spending my well earned commission you obviously need it more than me!! I never wanted to leave on bad terms hence the reason I worked my notice and still worked extremely hard up until my last day!!! My opinion has totally changed of an estate agents I used to love and value!!!!! I would not recommend this agent!!! If this is how they treat hard working staff I wouldn’t trust them as far as I could throw them!!!!! Good luck in the future your move!!!!!!!!!

FacebookMade the whole experience awful for us. Convinced us to accept first offer (from buyer that had exclusive viewing earlier than the block viewings booked) as these were the ‘perfect buyers’ no chain, mortgage in place... four weeks later still no mortgage and still no survey, although every week was told by Vicky “should be getting survey access by the end of the week” “nothing to worry about, it’s all going on in the background” was another favouriteOnly after going into the office and speaking to Tom - buyer was asked to go and speak with Kevin re him looking to getting their mortgage sorted (who by the way I would recommend, Kevin and Stephensons solicitors were the only good advice we received from Your Move). Finally our buyers got a mortgage approval first week of December!!Exchanged 21st January, after accepting their offer on 24th October!! from these perfect buyers!!I appreciate that things can take a while, but I believe we lost the first month due to poor advice from Your Move and in my opinion these ‘perfect buyers’ were only perfect for them - in effect they were getting £4K for not actually having to do a great deal, which I accept is great if it works, but in our case it clearly didn’t and the reassurances we were given were taken at face value as, at the end of the day, they are the experts and are being paid favourably for this advice/experience. Oh and by the way - Vicky/Tom we complete tomorrow, just in case you are unaware as we haven’t heard a thing from you since exchange date!

FacebookUnbelievable service from everyone at the Hyde branch I had contact with from my valuation with bryan to being kept up to date with progress most days with Andy and occasionally Maddie. Also the support and help feom kevin the mortgage advisor. Such a professional service who I would highly recommend and use in future. I have nevee sold a property before and they had so much patience with me explained everything along the way. They care so much they even offered to help with our onward purchase even though they didn't have to. Your move is the way forward in estate agency.

GoogleWorst estate agent experience of my life. Couldn't wait to take the THREE HUNDRED AND SIXTY POUNDS admin fee, constantly chasing them for an update on a moving date, managed to get email addresses wrong twice for references and a month after paying this we get told we need a guarantor. I'm a homeowner and will never use any branch of your move thanks to the shocking service of Lynn and the rest of the people at Denton. Will be making a formal complaint

GoogleI have used Your-Move Mary Ashton to sell my property. The staff are friendly, professional and extremely helpful. They really do go the extra mile to ensure they make the experience as stress free as possible. They worked so hard to ensure my sale and purchase went through smoothly, I often felt they were doing other estates agents work to progress as quickly as possible. I just know that without their time and dedication my sale wouldn't have progressed the way it has. I would recommend anyone to use them and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

GoogleAs a new landlord I have found the quality of service at Your Move Mary Ashton to be outstanding. The whole process has been handled with utter professionalism and has been both effective and efficient. Lin and her colleagues have been superb in handling all the details from tenant finding, opening and closing inventories and rent collection, and have communicated effectively throughout. I would absolutely recommend Your Move Mary Ashton to anyone who is new to rental management and I believe that even more experienced landlords would benefit from using the services available.

GoogleI have used Your-Move Mary Ashton for both selling and buying my property. On my initial contact with them they were efficient and went that extra mile - great first impressions! They also provided me with useful information and guided me through my journey. The staff worked extremely hard and were always professional and helpful when I contacted them. Best estate agents by far in Denton and I have already recommended them to my friends and family who are thinking about selling their property in the area. Thank you once again Your-Move Mary Ashton.

GoogleWorst estate agent experience ever. Attrocious attitude and communication. Total lack of interest after sale agreed and no idea how to communicate effectively with solicitors. What a complete waste of money. Don’t know what I paid for. Will never use again.

GoogleMe and partner were made honesless the beginning of the year and was looking at renting with your move, I dealt with a women called Emma who never replied to emails and after taking all our details/passport photos she never even emailed back to let us know we didn’t have the house I am disgusted with how unprofessional and ignorant she was! Don’t recommend at all

GoogleExcellent service from Melissa, Hayley, Emma, Tom, Bryan and the rest of the sales team at the Denton office. They did exactly what they said they'd do in terms of marketing, service and price. They delivered what they promised to do and always kept up to date with the process.
