GoogleWe've booked a viewing with this agency to check a property. We arrived with only 5 min delay and unfortunately for us we didn't inform them as we were panicking to find our way. When we arrived and knocked on the door no one answered and it was only then we found out the agent had left due to this small delay. We would expect as a very minimum, to give us a call to see if we are on our way, but this "service" is not offered apparently.Waste of time ,you don't treat customers like that.

GoogleNot very proactive. Very slow to respond. No chance of speaking to anyone after 1pm. Most conveyancers chase business rather than neglecting it.

Good afternoon. Yes unfortunately the property you are interested does have an offer and a sale agreed at this time. We did state that if you had viewed the property you would be able to put in an offer but as you hadn't got that far we were unable to take any further offers at the sellers request.
