FacebookI couldn't recommend Cherry Lets highly enough. I had never rented before and needed something urgently. They were efficient, friendly, explained every step, and promptly answered all those silly questions I had. They must be up there with the best of letting agents.

FacebookMe and my family where due to move in to a new rented property at the end of march. Unfortunately a few days before the move the Corona virus pandemic locked down the whole of the UK and we where unable to move. Cherry let's where absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process! I was 3 weeks away from giving birth to our second child so categorised as high risk and had to isolate fully. They kept us informed every step of the way from what the landlord was thinking to government guidelines. When the lockdown eased enough for us to be able to move in they arranged for contactless key exchanges with my partner to prevent myself and kids (including my newborn) being exposed. We have since moved in and again they have kept in regular contact making sure we are happy and discussing changes we want to make with the landlord. I would highly recommend cherry let's based on what we have experienced so far!

FacebookI was really sceptical about going through an estate agent. From past experience, it wasn't nice. My wife and I are downsizing from a three bedroom house to a two bedroom flat. No matter how you do it moving is somewhat of a stressful experience. Met both ladies of the business who are both very pleasant and felt like a conversation over a coffee when chatting about the flat. When we walked into great Emma to get the keys we found she had a welcoming gift. We were both pretty shocked. That's how a letting agent is supposed to communicate. Top marks. :)
I wish this was to let again and allowed cats?
