Cherry Let’s were supportive and professional from start to finish when managing my let property. I found working with them to be in stark contrast to my previous letting experiences. Their communication was always good, they always did what they said they would and their property inspections are really high standard. I always felt completely confident that Annabelle and her team were doing the absolute best for me and everything was always handled so helpfully and professionally. I really appreciated her values of wanting to do right by people and wanting to do work properly. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to any landlords or tenants. They restore my faith in letting agents!

They are very responsive and extremely helpful. Me and my partner went from viewing a property on a saturday and within 2 weeks we are able to move into our property. Any issues we had or questions they were quick to respond and to offer any help possible. Both Annabelle and Sarah were very kind and thoughtful and I couldn’t fault this estate agents in the slightest. Would definitely use them again for the future and would recommend to anyone looking to move into a property.

Having been renting for many years we have not had great experiences with letting agents in the past but Cherry Lets have been different. They have been nothing but super friendly (they even left us a box of treats on moving in!), helpful and professional in all of our dealings with them and have always been understanding and quick to sort any issues we’ve had. Even our regular inspections have not felt intrusive or onerous. We cannot recommend Annabelle and her team enough!

Super service from a small and caring company! Hard to find these days, but the people at Cherry Lets have been amazing as a letting agent to me (the tenant). I am new to the UK and they have been extremely patient and helped get all my questions answered, ignored my mistakes, and enabled me to get into a great little cottage for the time I was in Oxfordshire. Having moved to another place now and dealt with different agents I can truly say Cherry Lets go above and beyond to provide a warm touch to a process which can often be difficult. Rented a property for a year at the beginning very nice and polite probably because we going to be paying rent and want signature on dotted line! But found them to be very much about the landlord and their needs forget the tennants as we had a month left on tennancy and wanted to leave early got a pointblank no(this right before covid 19) emails back and forth basically fighting with my husband and then making out he was the rude one! Then once lease was up in covid 19 worldwide pandemic everyone in lockdown wanted to bill us an extortionate amount for cleaning( which reduced significantly after emails back n forth) so glad not renting anymore and theres loads more which i wasnt happy with and i wouldnt recommend cherry lets to anyone!! Poor service very unprofessionally dealt with in the end! This was in March 2020!

If you are landlord this is a great agency for you, but if you are tenant you need to be very careful. Our case is from nearly 2 years ago .We lived in 3 bed house 3 years and everything was a perfect and amazing till the moment when we decide to move out. Our check out report was full with ridiculous remarks as a : " partly used candle in glass container was not seen" ; " potpourri was not seen" etc.. I am not say in that we are left the house in perfect condition but the definition "wear and tear " is not really applied in this case. Even on last agency visit everything was in in perfect condition in the house , we expected from them some remarks on which we can work /fix/ but no. When the check-out report was done we even did not attend , we only received the report what was NOK in the house -and of course there was a long period of discussions about how much they will going to charge us.

I have had such a good experience with Cherry Lets in the months I have been in one of their properties, and was sure this would be the case as soon as I moved in, as I received an incredibly thoughtful 'care' package with some essential items (and a few treats!) with my key property documents. I moved in during COVID-19 and lots of safety measures were taken to ensure this was as safe and as smooth as possible. Whenever I have an issue or a question I'm happy to contact the team at Cherry Lets (regularly speaking with Annabelle and Sarah) in the knowledge that they will always respond to my queries quickly, contact others on my behalf if need be and check in with me to see how I am getting on. I highly recommend this team! It is easy to work with them, they kept us up-to-date during the whole process. They are professional and helpful! During the Covid-19 they always took care of safety. A little after we moved in, they called me and asked me about our feeling, how our doggies like the new home, and if we need any help. I had to find a rental property really quickly after another fell through less than a week before I was due to move out of my mortgaged property. I spotted a potential house come up and phoned Cherry Lets. The was taken by a really cheery lady called Sarah, who was massively supportive of my predicament and so extremely helpful. we met at the property and all Covid precautions were professionally adhered to as well Sarah being extremely knowledgeable and helpful about the property. Then I set her a tough challenge, I needed to move in within 6 days, which included the weekend and a Bank Holiday Monday, she set upon sorting all the needed information and documentation to be able to get the keys in record time. well..........Sarah absolutely romped home achieving the goal despite a couple of unexpected hurdles within the process and I had the keys on the Thursday early afternoon. A stellar effort to guide a complete novice through the system and complete the challenge within a comfortable timing. I would 100% Cherry Lets and top marks to Sarah, an absolute star and credit to her company.
