They didn’t just help the Vender sell the house, they helped us through the entire process even down to completion. Communication was second to none. Lloyd at Stonhills not only sold our house within a day he was absolutely Amazing throughout, he has supported us through a difficult sales process and has gone over and above and given me answers when no one else could. Could not recommend stonhills enough. Updated at any hour of the day. Do not hesitate to sell with this company 5 star.

GoogleStonhills exploded the stereotype for estate agents, no 'bull', very straightforward and a joy to deal with. Communication at all stages was excellent and Lloyd went to incredible lengths to chase the deal and make things happen. Our buyers were likewise extremely impressed by his professionalism and by his integrity. We would unhesitatingly recommend Stonhills, and regard their services as having represented money very well spent.

GoogleEnquired about a house letting in Early December, was told i would be notified as soon as the keys arrived, carried on calling & calling, finally arranged a viewing for today (05/01) only to be called a few hours before to be told the house was now let out to somebody else. We are currently renting a property through Stonhills at the moment and they do not seem bothered about us at all seens as we are already in accommodation through themselves. They also have no intention in sorting out any current repairs our property needs either, would not recommend, stay clear. They need to start pulling their fingers out if i'm honest.

GoogleWith the farce of the move with Simply conveyancing, Lloyd from Stonhills was amazing through out. Always answering any questions we had in a good amount of time and helped get the conveyancers moving and actually do their job. There are other estate agents in Daventry, we have interacted woth them all, the rest are untrustworthy, poor at communicating or plain rude. Stonhills are different... open, honest and polite.
