GoogleI rate Stonhills 1 star because of how I was lied to and spoken to by their staff. Completely factual - during my initial visit, Iuliana told me the apartment came with 2 car parking spaces and the heating was all app controlled. This was a lie and not true. Then during a second visit I was made to feel very uncomfortable by Baz who didn’t know anything about the apartment and again the lies continued- I was told there was plumbing for a washer/dryer in a cupboard- there was not. Then radio silence for 7 months whilst I went through the whole purchase process. On the day of completion, the seller didn’t leave my property until 5 hours later. We were spoken to by Baz in an absolute disgusting unprofessional manner. I will never buy from or sell with Stonhills. Thank you for making my first time property purchase a horrendous experience.

GoogleI must take the time to recommend the professional services of Stonhills. In particular, Bazz who has been an instrumental part in two transactions for me. He is always approachable, honest and friendly. This has made me feel at ease with what can be a very stressful time. He is always available at the end of an email, message or phone call during very long hours and at times when he has been really short of time himself. Furthermore his office and colleagues like Lloyd have always stepped in and progressed matters as needed. I would certainly use this firm for any future sales or purchases.and recommend them highly.

GoogleBazz is an A* estate agent. Was having alot of issues with my solicitors being slow and difficult to deal with. As a first time buyer this caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Bazz really cut through the nonsense and helped get the move over the line quickly!

Very proactive when it came to getting the completion sorted and chasing solicitors for answers. You are in safe hands putting your house up for sale with them or purchasing from them.
