Right from the start Lloyd gave me a much better appraisal, which I agreed with, an offer was put forward which I accepted all within a fortnight. Lloyd and his staff were extremely informative and kept me up to date about everything throughout the whole process. If I was to be asked who I’d recommend I would not hesitate to recommend Lloyd

I would highly recommend Lloyd and his team at Stonhills Estate Agents in Daventry. We'd given up hope of selling our house, as it had been on the market for 10 months with another agent and had no interest. Lloyd was a breath of fresh air. In a slow market (September 2023) Lloyd and the team went about their job with enthusiasm, professionalism and clear communication. They found a suitable buyer within 6 weeks, after which they showed patience and perseverance, as the Conveyancer first chosen by the buyer, were absolutely useless.
