GoogleWe recently used Campbells Estate Agents in Daventry to purchase our new home. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble and they were there throughout the process to remove a lot of the stress normally associated with house buying. Stan French looked after us from start to finish and was excellent, as were the rest of the staff at Campbells. Exceptional customer service!

FacebookWe recently bought a house through Campbells. The sale of our existing house took a very long time, much longer than we had expected, with little help from the estate agents selling our property and with much muddying of the waters by our purchaser's solicitor. If it hadn't been for Mark at Campbells I'm no sure we'd be in the house we are in now! He was the only proactive party involved - he kept us up to date, he kept the vendor of the house we were buying onside throughout the long process, gave us regular updates and even tried to deal with our purchaser's solicitor (a process akin to wading through treacle!) He was the only bright light all through the 5-month process of selling and buying and we would recommend him and Campbells in general to anyone looking to buy or sell.

FacebookI recently rented a property through Campbell’s and I have to say they are by far the best estate agents I’ve used, they were very polite, informative, honest, fast and organised, More specifically The agents who helped me through moving in, Gemma and Janet, have been very responsive and show a lot of care to my choice in property making sure it’s the right one for me, the area in which I live now, the majority of properties are ran through Campbell’s and the neighbours I have met have all said the same thing in that they are happy with the estate agents, which in my history is rare! So i am looking forward to a long and professional future with them, STRONGLY RECOMMEND!

GoogleCampbells have been great as usual, they are good positive and friendly bunch. We have used campbells on a number of occasions and every time they have been supportive and had our best interest at heart. They don't just sell your house to make a quick buck, they always try to get the best price they possibly can. GoogleI often go into Campbells let properties as a contractor and from what I've seen and from my own dealings with Campbells they are an outstanding agent, the properties are excellent, the tenants I've met are very happy with them and as a contractor I always get great friendly cooperation and paid promptly, the properties Campbells manage are kept to an excellent standard and any issues are swiftly and professionally dealt with. If you're considering an estate agent for lets or sales this is the one for you, excellent all round.

FacebookRight from the beginning we felt extremely comfortable dealing with Campbells especially as first time buyers the process can seem extremely daunting. Jamie did his utmost to be a point of contact that we could rely on if we were unsure of what was going on and was able to explain the process for us. Even when we changed on our minds on a property Jamie and Paul both were there by our sides offering valuable advice once again assuring us we had made the right decision without the hard sell. I would recommend Campbells in a heartbeat to anybody looking to buy or sell a property as we didn’t feel like a number we really felt valued as customers. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase

GoogleWorst company in the world, DO NOT go with them when choosing your student accommodation. They will take two month to fix a broken toilet and a week to fix a broken fridge freezer which means all your food will go off and they could not care less. They will also lie to you that they will warn you if you start to exceed your utility bills so you know when to be careful with heating and water...BIG FAT LIE at the end of your tenancy they will hit you with massive charges which you have not expected. The end of tenancy expectations are a joke, professional cleaners do not even clean to those standards and they expected us to return the house in better condition than when you move into it. When trying to speak to someone at the office they are not helpful at all. Worst year of my life!
