GoogleThe team at J Lord & Co are fantastic and understood what we wanted from our home search. I had previously met Julie on a viewing of another house, and I explained what requirements we were looking for. Julie contacted me a few weeks later with a perfect match to our criteria, and we instantly loved the house, made an offer which was excepted and now we have lived in our dream forever home for over 6 weeks! Julie, Jacqui, Katie and Mollie are more than just estate agents they welcome you with open arms to the J Lord & Co family and support you through the stressful buying process and fill you with confidence by consistent communication and providing feedback on the the stages as the sale progresses. We cannot thank the team enough for being so flexible and supportive during a stressful process in the current climate of buying a house. I would recommend J Lord & Co to anyone thinking of buying or selling there home, if you want a personable, friendly and honest service. Thank you again for all your support and guidance.

GoogleWe have just sold our house through J Lord and Co and could not have received a better service. What some people might not realise when choosing an agent (and opting for a faceless online one) is that there is much more to it than simply finding you a buyer. We hit various snags during the process and could 100% rely on Julie, Jacqui and the rest of the team to fight our corner. Unlike other professionals involved in our chain, the J Lord team picked up the phone and got to the bottom of what was going on - they didn't just 'leave a message' or 'send an email', they persisted every time until we had an answer. You absolutely won't find a more committed team! Brilliant service from start to finish.
