GoogleWhat a strange estate agents. The female staff stare out of the window all day at other women. I even had two of them stand up and glare out at me as I parked. This is not an isolated incident either. You find them staring all the time. Puts you off going in.

GoogleQuick enough to get your deposit and admin fees etc still waiting for deposit back after 6 weeks !!!!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we always value feedback form our clients and tenants alike. I've looked into the reason for your partner's deposit not being returned sooner and this was down to us waiting for the Landlord to authorise the release of the deposit from the DPS. Once we received this we were able to advise the DPS to release the deposit. I note from our DPS management dashboard that your partner's deposit was returned on 25th May. It appears we haven't kept you informed well enough on this occasion and I apologise for this.

I found verity and deborah very good, they moved me into my flat quickly and the communication was good, there was a problem on moving day but this wasn't their fault and it was quickly rectified so I was happy, i would use them again thanks
