Bought and sold our house via Julie . No pressure at anytime - such a relief after the usual smiley corporate desperados aching to meet there quota/bonus. This is not a stooge write up by the way , Julie and one other agent came in with the right evaluation. They both had experience and acknowledged the amount of in depth work that our property had undergone. The rest of the agents ; I shake my head . Over the last 8 years I have bought and sold 4 properties in the Dartmouth and Kingswear areas. Each time I've ended up using the coastal house for both selling and buying and that's not because I didn't go to the other agents, it came down to the stock they had at the time and their service. They do genuinely have a different approach to the business. Its a cliché, but even with their size there is that personal touch.
