They ‘dressed’ and photographed the property beautifully. The details were prepared with immense care. The marketing was targeted and professional. All viewings were accompanied and all queries answered. The sale was a complex one and would never have completed without the perseverance of Katie in the Kingswear office. A superb, professional organisation who I have no hesitation in recommending. Well done the Coastal House

GoogleThe Coastal House have just sold our house in 11 weeks from the moment of launch in these challenging times. Julie’s team have been amazing. Kelly looked after the sale and she couldn’t have been more hard working, diligent and supportive. Moving things along whenever they stalled and communicating positively between us and our buyers. Coastal House presented our property in the most exceptional way. Their brochures and photography are without equal in Dartmouth. This is the second house they’ve sold successfully for us and we also bought two homes through them. I can’t recommend them high enough.

Narrowing it down to just 2 was hard enough but ultimately 1 prevailed. In spite of less than proactive solicitors, the team managed to chivvy them along to a successful exchange. After moving from another agent, who were unsuccessful in selling my late mother’s home, Julie came in as breath of fresh air, confident of a quick sale and with a strong marketing strategy. The house was immediately put up on the Coastal House website, with a professional virtual tour and photographs. We had two viewings and an offer within two days of the house being advertised. We accepted and have now completed on that sale. Julie was very understanding of our personal circumstances and was always at the end of the phone to answer queries. GoogleCoastal made our house move easypeasy. Stephen Levy was absolutely AMAZING! His charm & sense of humour is simply fabulous whilst he also manages to maintain a professionalism we had not before experienced. Every viewing was accompanied allowing us the freedom to totally vacate our property and know it was in safe hands. Although the sale took longer than hoped Stephen stayed onboard, hands on & extremely positive and helpful all the way to the end. Our family sends huge gratitude to all the team at coastal and would highly recommend their services to anyone wanting a positive result to their house sale.

When the sale of my house in Dartmouth had unforseen complications with neighbours Stephen was amazing. He was such a support throughout a very difficult process. He was the go between - not only between myself and the buyers but also with the neighbours. I believe that it was largely down to Stephen and his communication skills that finally got this sale over the line. I was so happy to have had Stephen on this journey with me. It was money well spent and I really could not have done it without him in my corner!

GoogleJulie & Kate were amazing from start to finish. When buying our house, they were helpful, diligent and never pushed too hard. Having being used to the slightly smarmy ways of London estate agents, we went into the sale heavily guarded, prepared to be let down, and nothing could be further from the experience we had. It was a smooth, easy purchase of what I don't hesitate to call our 'dream house'. As I write this, I'm sipping tea looking out at the sea from my sitting room window, wondering why we didn't move sooner. A wonderful house-buying experience, highly recommended.
