Laura has so far been super helpful in the purchasing of my first home. As a first time buyer I have had a lot of questions around the process due to the unknown. I have been dealing with Wards Letting Agents for around 10 years, in particular Matthew Pattenden, who has always been so helpful. I can't recommend him highly enough, if there has ever been a problem he would call and answers my emails almost immediately. If I ever needed to use another letting Agent I would definately contact Matthew again.

Walked in to the branch and was honest and open about my reason for needing a valuation on my home. Geoff was very unfriendly and unhelpful informing me I’d have to wait a minimum of 3 weeks for a valuation. Every other agent has been so helpful and understanding of my circumstances, and reasons for needing a valuation on my home. Definitely wouldn’t return.

Incredible service from Emily at the Wards Ashford branch. We are relatively new to renting but Emily was massively helpful with getting everything processed and keeping us informed and updated.
