Feed back about my telephone discussion with Milly

I contacted Wards Estate Agent in Dartford few weeks ago. I spoke to a lovely lady Milly. She was very professional on the phone. I told her the type of house am looking for and all that. I viewed my first property last Saturday and Milly called and sent message to know about the my experience. she followed up by left message on my mobile phone and also sent a text message to me. she really wants to feedback from me. Milly is enjoying her job very well. she Speaks with passion on the phone with me each time i call the office. She is a star. I have not even seen her but talking to her on the shows she is a lovely lady. She has great customer service skills. She listens to customer and then talk back with clarity. Well Milly. Highly recommend for buying and selling

We used Wards and their team for the purchase and sale of our new property and are very happy with the results. Holly Smith was excellent in keeping us up to date with new properties on the market and connecting interested buyers with our property. Special thanks also goes to Vicky for assisance with getting our property to Market and Mark Boyle for managing the process from start to finish and keeping everything moving during lockdown.Our progressor Tina Styance kept us up to date with the progress of all elements on our sale and purchase and deserves extra special thanks for answering many many phone calls in the last few weeks to finally exchange contracts.I would highly recommend Wards to anyone looking to buy or sell property and they would be my first phone call in the future if we ever wish to buy or sell property again.

Selling a property both sides of lockdown was very frustrating and a long process. Wards and especially Kim Batchelor provided a superb service, always replying in good time, always keeping me informed. Friendly and positive throughout and when needed made things happen. The whole process in retrospect was smooth albeit it drawn out due to lockdown but the professional help and calming words made it all much easier! I've recently let out my property through Shanur Ali at Wards of Dartford as a first time landlord. The service from Shanur has been fantastic from start to finish, and he has ensured that what could well have been quite a difficult process due to COVID-19, has actually been very simple and efficient. And then Covid-19 hit ......

Last September we took the decision to market our home in Walderslade Woods and chose your Walderslade branch to be our Estate Agent. We embarked on our journey following a visit from Kenny and our home was marketed from the start with a passion and professionalism that I did not see with the other local agents. After Christmas a buyer was found and we moved to the the next phase of our home move. It was at this point we were introduced to Kim Bachelor who became our sales progressor and worked along side Kenny to keep everything on track. Things were progressing nicely and then Covid-19 hit and derailed all the progress we had made. We moved into our new home towards the end of May and I can honestly say that without Kim and Kenny we would not be here. They have both been truly amazing. They have “virtually” held our hands throughout the process, have gone above and beyond their job descriptions, always responded promptly to our emails and calls (very often responding out of hours and on days off). Kim has chased the chain tirelessly and her can do attitude, good humour and professionalism have stood out. Your Walderslade Office is a credit to your company and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family in the area. I would be so grateful if you could pass on our deepest and sincerest thanks to your team, paying particular attention to Kenny and Kim because without them we would not now be enjoying our new home.

Tony in Lettings

We went through Wards for a rental property and our experience was flawless. Tony in Lettings guided us through the whole process. Even though we was due to move into the property during the coronavirus lockdown first come into force, he really went the extra mile to ensure we could move in earlier than anticipated, but most of all in a safely manner. Wards of Dartford

To be honest if we could give 0 stars we would have. We were first time buyers purchasing a house through Wards Dartford. The experience overall was horrendous. Obviously we were purchasing a house during COVID so not ideal and no one can be blamed for that. But not once did we ever have a courtesy phone call. Every time I called it was like I was annoying them. Also they never had any updates I had to find out our latest updates elsewhere! They had no clue! I ended up informing them most of the time. They are too busy to talk, don't seem to care. Everyone else is a priority. Even from the start they played us off against other buyers to get more commission (obviously it's part of the role but doing it with a bit more skill would have been smoother)It is very frustrating to write this review as it brings back all the annoying times over the last 6 months. For all Wards of Dartford know we could currently not be sitting in our new house... On moving day it got so late they decided we should go and meet the seller to collect the keys taking them out of the equation and they never even checked up on us after. 10 days later not one courtesy phone call. Disgusting to be honest. Hand on heart we would actually not buy our future dream home if Wards of Dartford were selling it. That's how painful it was.

It was a couple of years ago I decided to purchase a property in canterbury kent where I lived and studied for many years and have so many memories. however, since I am living overseas, I was very much concerned about how to find a good state agent to help me with both buying and letting the property. The very first agent I discussed my situation was WORDS. The agents helped me to purchase the house I loved and then directed me to their letting agent manager Mrs. Abey Miles to whom I am very much grateful for her five stars professional direction to the numerous questions I put to her. The experience have been a very good one from start to finish; Although, the process wasn't easy, but the staffs involved with our mortgage were excellent. The support given to us was unbelievable and this aid to the successful sales of our property. Georgina Gray and her team, whom is our mortgage broker was very good and highly experience. She worked tiredly to secure our mortgage. She was great throughout the process of our application and simple the best. Kim Batchelor was very supportive, approachable, she constantly re-assured us and update us on the progress of both the sales of our property as well as checking on the progress of our mortgage application.
