I did a viewing with Abigail and I was treated very unfairly, 1. I was not even shown where to park my car ended up parking on the road just on the drive way. 2. She made the appointment but upon arrival she asked for my name so what was the point of the booking? If one has an appointment booked I assume both parties know who they are meeting at that particular time. 3. I asked if it was ok where I had parked and her response was ‘you have to view and make it quick’ how do I make it quick yet I am here to view and to make proper decisions???4. I wrote her an email after view and she never acknowledged. 5. Her body language and character showed that I was just wasting her time and I knew I was not going to get the place to rent and yes she did send an unfortunate you did not make it this time.I am not sure if there is discrimination or it was just my unlucky day. Viewing was in Downwood Grampian Way Kent with Abigail Cantrell

I would have liked to left 5 stars, but from the outset and throughout the sale process, there were a number of minor niggly issues that made me feel dissatisfied. Calls were rarely returned and there were issues with the for sale board. There were also issues with the property description, which I had to raise for correction. Having said this the property sold quickly, so on that point alone well done Wards of Barnehurst.

We were served with a section 21 no fault eviction notice. I phoned up Wards regarding a property that i saw advertised, and a lovely lady called Jade dealt with my phone call. She was very honest about the property I was interested in viewing, telling me that the landlord was looking to sell this property in the future. After taking all my details, she informed me of a property that was just about to come onto the rental market. We were interested but wouldn't be able to view for a couple of weeks as we were going on holiday. After an hour of getting off of the phone, Jade called me back to say the landlord had dropped in the keys, and we were able to arrange a viewing for that afternoon.
