A big thankyou to Kim (Sale Progression) who was there throughout the process of us buying and selling.She left no stone unturned and was always there for any queries or questions we had and, if she did not know the answer, was always willing to find out and contact us with the answer as quickly as she could.She was there from the beginning to the end of the our move, always friendly and happy to help, and we cannot thank her enough for everything she has done in what at times was a very stressful and complicated process. Massive shout out to Blaine Kavanagh at wards in gravesend. Beginning to end the service I have received has been top notch. Blaine is extremely friendly and has always been happy and available to answer any of my questions. It’s been a journey and I have spoken to loads of estate agents having a few knock backs along the way missing out on properties that I thought were the “one”. I was Just about to give up feeling deflated then Blaine came to the rescue, it’s clear that Blaine listened to what I wanted and understood what I was looking for then recommended a property which in all honesty I wouldn’t have viewed had it not of been brought to my attention but I’m certain this is my dream home and has bags of potential it’s just amazing. Anyway my offer was accepted and I’m honestly over the moon! Everything happens for a reason…I just want to thank you for all your help in my search, your patience with my numerous questions and calls and finding me my perfect house.

Wards sold our house but we had a long, difficult experience on the other end when several places we tried to buy fell through, however, the team at Wards kept our chain together and cheerfully persevered through it all. A special mention for Judy, who was particularly amazing - she kept on top of everything like an elite PA! I can’t praise her enough. I’m convinced that we’re only in our new house today because of her Herculean efforts.

We were served with a section 21 no fault eviction notice. I phoned up Wards regarding a property that i saw advertised, and a lovely lady called Jade dealt with my phone call. She was very honest about the property I was interested in viewing, telling me that the landlord was looking to sell this property in the future. After taking all my details, she informed me of a property that was just about to come onto the rental market. We were interested but wouldn't be able to view for a couple of weeks as we were going on holiday. After an hour of getting off of the phone, Jade called me back to say the landlord had dropped in the keys, and we were able to arrange a viewing for that afternoon.

Excellent, quick and helpful service

I recently had a problem with my heating not working properly, so I reported the issue on Sunday, had a phonecall from Wards on the Monday morning and a plumber attended our house on the Tuesday and our heating was back working within an hour! Really impressed with how Wards handled the situation, customer service Tom was brilliant, and Jack our plumber from JPM was very polite and friendly, and gave us the best advice to keep our house warm and what to do dealing with any condensation while heating up the house. Really pleased with how our issue was handled. Thank you everyone involved!

Nick and his team were great from start to finish, from viewing our new home one Saturday afternoon, to the following weekend, having our own house on the market, with multiple offers and the offer on our new home accepted. Helpful and professional. Maria and her team helped us out a lot. We were visiting from out of town and keen to see as many places as we could while were in the area. She listened to what we were looking for and did her best to show us places that met our needs. She also shared her local knowledge of the area which was a very nice touch. She was great at facilitating the viewings all the way through the contracts being signed and was diligent in answering all our questions and concerns. Finally when I collected the keys on move in day, she presented me with a welcome gift with some goodies inside. She also followed up a few times to see how we were settling in and if there were any teething problems she could help solve. Really great service! :)
