GoogleWe are looking for our next home and have always found Livermores to have a great offering of homes. We recently viewed a home in West Dartford with Toby and he was so professional and knowledgable.
The personal touch was that there was an all of the sudden thunderstorm and down pour as we were viewing the property and found ourselves sheltering under the outhouse roof at the end of the garden to which Toby found an umbrella in the house and ran it down to us at the bottom of the garden so we didn’t have to run back in the down pour! What a great estate agent who goes above and beyond!

The property was marketed with great photos and a concise write up. Immediately we had multiple viewings arranged. Once the offer had been confirmed Suzanne ensured to be my primary contact. Not only did Suzanne communicate between myself and my buyers, but kept pressure on all solicitors involved to ensure the process went smoothly, exchanged and completed as quickly as possible.
