GoogleWe can't rate the KMJ team highly enough. They have been fantastic from start to finish. Katrina and Marc took time to get to know us and our home and could talk to prospective buyers with real knowledge of the house and area. The communication throughout was impeccable all the way from valuation to having an offer accepted when we were then passed on to Suzanne and the sales progression team. Suzanne made us feel like everything was under control! She was on top of communication with the solicitors, the buyer and surveyors and would follow things up before we would even think to chase anything.
The thing we loved most about KMJ though was how, even though they have lots of houses to sell, it always felt like a personal experience and that they genuinely cared about the sale of our house.
We reccomend them to everyone.

GoogleI can’t stop recommending this agency!
We had a viewing in 22 Whites Close, Greenhithe, DA9 9JL, and although my partner and I were so late, Toby (our estate agent) waited for us for almost an hour and with smile on his face, showed us around the property. We have been looking for so long and we’ve met many unpleasant agents that don’t care about you as a buyer and just want to do a quick sale. However, Toby is the best!
He gave us useful advices and was trying to find the middle ground so he can make both sides happy. It was pleasure having him around. If you go through this agency, make sure to request for Toby! If I could choose one agency moving forward as a buyer, it would be a Livermore! Very nice people that care about everyone!!!

GoogleI have just very recently sold my property with KMJ.
I initially had another agent list my property but from KMJ’s local presence I quickly realised, they were who I needed.
I initially met David, who was professional, polite and very much to the point. I was particularly impressed with his knowledge of the area and the building my property was in.
KMJ quickly had viewings arranged and were consistent with giving feedback.
We didn’t have the easiest sale but KMJ were there at any minute of the day to make it happen. Several times I wondered, had I used another agent, the sale would most likely not have gone through.
The whole team were brilliant but I must say, Marc was exceptional. You can tell he loves his line of work and really cares for his clients.
It has only been a week but I have already recommended KMJ to friends/family for the future.
I’ve never left a review for an estate agent before but felt it was important to do so, if only every agent were as professional as KMJ.
