GoogleI recently bought a flat and Haart estate agents were simply excellent!! From the very beginning they made an effort to understand what my choices were. They used to regularly send me properties that might be of interest and they never got disheartened if I didn't like some of them. They persisted and then they found me this flat which I have now purchased.....During the whole process of paperwork that followed they were EXCELLENT in keeping me up to date and also chasing me and reminding me when things were slowing down. They gave me good advise as well on certain things I had no clue about!! (as I was a first time buyer). I am very grateful for their service and now have a flat because of their efforts as well. They really demonstrate that Team work makes the dream work. I cant thank them enough. I wish them all the very best.

GoogleTeam at Haart is absolutely amazing. Ben - Very professional viewing advisor who ensured we saw the property which meets our requirements. Shobad - Completely looked after the deal from the time offer was accepted and ensured He dealt with all parties. The seller was slightly difficult but He assured me regularly. Lisa - An absolute super star working with both mine and seller’s solicitor and constantly chasing and pushing them to speed up the whole process. Overall, amazing experience dealing with the team at Haart who made it possible for us to buy our first house in the UK. Highly recommended estate agents for anyone who is looking to buy/let/sale in Dartford

GoogleDidn’t show up. We are cash buyers and waited 45 minutes for the agent at a viewing, who didn’t show up and didn’t let us know of any delay or cancellation. We had to call the agency 3 times. Finally, about an hour after the viewing time, another agent called on behalf of the one who was supposed to meet us there telling us there was an overrun (very easy to let us know ahead of the time) and could we view hours later. I’m currently selling and if I were selling my home with them, I would be furious.

GoogleI’m a tenant with Haart Dartford. The service wasn’t great to begin with but since Claire Ralph has taken over as property manager it’s improved drastically. We have renewed our tenancy and we are very happy with the progress made in terms of work needed on the house. Our requests have been dealt with quickly and effectively.
