Above 5 stars. The word excellent is not enough. Everyone is so polite and always eager to help. When trying to rent a house all the procedures went just so smooth. Everyone who works there is very friendly, when you walk in through the door you feel very welcomed. The lovely atmosphere and the excellent service is just so impressing. In the past we have tried many Agencies and this one is definitely the best one out there. Thank you so so much to the Acorn Estate Agents for all the help.

I phoned Acorn Estates June 2016 originally calling them for a valuation with the thought of selling 2017. They were very professional (Ed Hall being the man) and gave me advice and valuation without any hassling. A few months later we decided to sell up earlier than expected. I called Ed again and from that moment on everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently and all staff involved (Ed, John and Lawrence being the main ones) were very professional, yet friendly and 'human' at all times. A bit of a hiccup delayed our house sale but this was from no fault of Acorns, in fact they were very professional and did more than expected to help us through it all. We are now settled in our new home and couldn't fault Acorn in any way and would highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend them highly enough! After looking at plenty of houses and after speaking to lots of different estate agents about our budget, needs and expectations, etc. as first timer buyers’ last year, the team at Acorn in Dartford, particularly Ed, Jon and Mark really stood out to us in terms of service, professionalism and know how. They went above and beyond for my partner and I and our family and were only ever a phone call or email away if I had a question, they always kept us up to date and gave us plenty of advice on timings for everything and what to expect, etc. We had a couple of hiccoughs along the way (which were neither Acorn’s fault nor ours) but they helped resolve them for us and we got our dream home in the end. They did an amazing job! Thank you.

We recently bought a house through Acorn, Dartford and couldn't have been happier with the service we received from Ed and his team. We had a few issues with selling our own place and the real estate we were using but Ed kept us informed and supported us through the whole process. We got more assistance from him than our own estate agent. Next time we sell we will definitely be going back to Acorn!
