GoogleWow!!! What an excellent team at Venture Darlington!!! I can honestly say that the care and attention provided by them all was second to none when we were buying our home!! They kept us up to date all the time and were professional but yet down to earth, kind and friendly. And they even surprised us when we went to pick up the keys with a beautiful gift that matches our colour scheme perfectly believe it or not :) Lovely team and amazing service - highly recommend!! GoogleWe were due our twins and needed to move from our smaller home to a 4 bed. Matthew was amazing when one came on the market to ring me and let me know ASAP. The whole process was very easy and smooth and the house got re carpeted and thoroughly cleaned so just over a week after my c section was ready to be mived straight into which was great with now 4 kids and being back and forth at neo natal. Highly recommend very easy process. And since being in the home the oven must have been switched on by the electric company and they got this sorted ASAP. GoogleManaged my property on Harris Street through Venture Properties and the service I've received from being a LANDLORD has been shocking! Jack Dickson was my point of contact. I had to chase him (after emailing him numerous times!) to contact me back since my tenants has moved out for nearly two weeks without a replacement! He didn't seem bothered after asking him why he hasn't come back to me. Same when I said I was appointing another agent. I even spoke to someone from Lettings who also said they dont deal with it until someone from PM informs them! Not the company I want to rent my property with and anyone should avoid them at all cost.

GoogleI have had a rental property in Darlington since 2008. In all those years there has only been one agency that has continuously provided me with first class service, updates and client care. The current team are no exception. Nicole in particular has looked atfer my rental property even though we had a difficult tenant. Her, and the Venture team, have made all transitions between tenants seamless and street free. I would not hesitate but to recommend the services of Nicvole and all of the team from Venture. GoogleI have just completed the sale of my Appartment. I can only commend Venture for their professionalism throughout the sales process. The brochure was very detailed and contained high quality images and full descriptions of all the rooms. The viewings were documented by email and were always followed up with feedback. The staff were extremely helpful and supportive I would highly recommend Venture.

GoogleRight from the first contact Venture were responsive and very professional. They listened to what we felt the home should be sold for and adjusted the photographs to bring a better overall perspective of the property. They kept frequent contact during the time the home was on the market and so much more when the sale was progressing. Despite the pundits saying house prices have gone up we did not find that to be the case and after full discussion with Venture we decided to reduce the price to make a sale.
