Do not rent from this agent as you will struggle to get your deposit money back. After a happy rental period as a tenant I left a property over a month ago with no dispute with the landlord and on very good terms. I have been e-mailing ever since to have my tenancy deposit scheme returned to no avail. There is no dispute with the landlord so it seems to me Church and Hawes are retaining my deposit purely to accrue interest. Very poor customer service. I would absolutely. NOT recommend a rental with this ageng.

After the passing of our mother we invited Church and Hawes to value her home , Kevin arrived and was sensitive and professional from the off,we subsequently invited them to sell the house on our behalf. Kevin and the team navigated the progress with ease and stability , guiding where necessary and looking at all possible options with an excellent end result ,selling to a gentleman who would take our family home forward for the next generation to enjoy . Professional, honest, the best estate agents in Burnham

Selling a house can be stressful at the best of times. It's even worse if you live over 300 miles from the property which is in extreme disrepair amid a wildly overgrown garden. That's when an estate agent can make a difference.
