GooglePaid a lot of money to haart and in my opinion had to do a lot myself from showing potential buyers around the property, would say I probably done half the viewings myself.. Had to do a lot of chasing and pushing to get to exchange and completion stage. Wish I had gone to an estate agent that was a lot less money instead of presuming that being a big well known estate against they would of been the best.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

Staff were good at keeping us updated although they tend to only email/ correspond with one person rather than cc all people involved. Staff helped chase and seemed very hands on. Appreciate all members involved. Good service, polite and friendly. Many thanks.

GoogleOn meeting Ben we knew we had picked the right estate agents to sell our house. He instilled confidence and was not pushy unlike some of the other estate agents who had valued the property. Once we had an offer it was Karen who really took control. That lady deserves a medal with what she has to deal with.
