We got a call back from Dagenham Haart Agency - and was spoken to by "Gary" and was provided with an incredibly poor customer service. This doesn't seem to be the first time looking at these reviews about this gentleman. We are first time buyers and were rushed into answering about the properties we wanted to view as he had an urgent appointment - one would think that if you had an urgent appointment you would not call a new customer back but obviously I'm wrong. The way my wife was spoken to was disgraceful. When my wife mentioned there was a lot of noise in the background he said "yeah this is an office, that is what it sounds like" then, when she went on to explain how she was spoken to rudely by yet another Haarts employee who pressured my wife into answering questions about financial information (which she provided) - he was not interested and said "would you like to tell me the 6 properties or not as I have an urgent appointment". Then I personally got involved as it was on speaker phone and surprisingly he spoke fine with me, and as we went down the list in less than a minute my wife re-joined the conversation as I have a broken voice and he said "oh your back again!" with a very rude and sarcastic tone. This is the 3rd person that we have spoken to by Haarts with such disrespect. All of the other agents of other companies we have spoken to (literally all of them) have been nothing but kind and understanding. I am positive that it is not everyone at the branch or company but the three times we did contact them was a 0/10 experience. We want to give you MONEY to BUY the properties that YOU need to SELL and instead we are being interrogated about our financial status (without even viewing anything)! As I as I said before, I KNOW it is not everyone at Haarts but a hattrick of terrible experiences does not lend themselves any good PR from us at all. We will not be recommending Haarts to anyone, but obviously two first buyers against a corporate goliath isn't going to do much. So all we can do is express our displeasure here.
