Worst experience ever as a first time buyer, offer accepted, then rejected then they left me waiting 4 days before accepting my higher offer to be told it's a race to vaualtion with other buyer at 4pm, I began my main application and was informed within 16 hours I lost the race, I was stringed along and left devasted with financial loss. Please avoid as they are predatory and heartless

Dagenham Letting Team is very useless. I found problem last year. The property management team is incompetent, unprofessional and careless. i tried to speak with someone and everyone is in meeting, busy or not in the office. The worst letting agency in Dagenham. Absolutely disgusted with this agency. Its unbelievable how they have high review. They are forcing people to put good reviews. Very unorganised and unprofessional. Poor communication and dishonest bunch of people in Dagenham Letting Team. wish I never had to deal with them. Any landlords looking for an agency to join with trust . Please don't use haart Dagenham Letting team. They are horrible with landlords.

My experience with this agency was very poor and here is why. Me and my friends contacted the agency about 3 bed property. For the whole month they were saying that they don't have the key for the property and it's impossible to organise the viewing, but when it finally happened the property happened to look completely different then on previously shown photos. The condition of the property was definitely not acceptable... I don't want to say disgusting... Fungus on every wall, missing cupboard doors, fridge looked like someone vomited inside, leaking water from the ceiling etc. Agent agreed with us that this things are meant to be fixed and we don't have to worry because they will going to take care of these. We kindly asked if we could be part of that renovation as one of us is professional in this field. They never get back to us. When we were calling back they hang up on us and started ignoring our calls. And then when we called from different phone number they picked up and after confrontation denied everything and said that property is no longer available. Thank you guys for taking "care" and being extremely "helpful" during this hard enough process. To anyone who is interested in renting with this agency... don't waste your time and health, it's not worth it...
