Dont believe the positive reviews, I have previously been asked to write a good review so the person dealing with my tenant/flat at the Dagenham branch can receive their bonus. He said "as we do, manage your flat". OBVIOUSLY YOU MANAGE MY FLAT! THAT'S WHAT I PAY YOU EXTORTIONATE PRICES FOR! Now that's out of the way, I can tell you my REAL opinion of these guys. COWBOYS! Unprofessional. Unhelpful. Have to call over 15 times to get through to them, otherwise you get fobbed off to the 'over flow' team. Lack of communication and 100% do not have the tenants or the landlords best interests. It's all about money for them. I will NEVER EVER EVER be using them again! And unfortunately as I've had such an awful experience, I wont be using ANY of the HAART branches.
