Sold my property through Haart, to accomplish this process Shiraz was extremely a handful person. Highly appreciate his endeavour, very knowledgeable, passionate about his job, a trustworthy person, what he says he delivers. Important information: Keep all the documents until exchange your contract, they charged me extra money in final bill ( could be an error ) , but amended instantly without any hassle. My experience with this Dagenham office was very poor. Because of Dagenham office. I took my property back. Tenant team are useless and take advantage of my property and did not pay my rent. Dont believe the positive reviews, I have previously been asked to write a good review so the person dealing with my house at the Dagenham letting branch can receive their bonus. He said "as we do, manage your house". OBVIOUSLY YOU MANAGE MY House THAT'S WHAT I PAY YOU GOOD PRICES FOR! Now that's out of the way, I can tell you my REAL opinion of these letting teams guys. Unprofessional. Unhelpful. Have to call over 10 time to take my keys back and Lack of communication and 100% do not have the landlords best interests.I will NEVER EVER EVER be using them again! And unfortunately as I've had such an awful experience, I wont be using ANY of the HAART branches in future. I told to my other friend not to use this Dagenham letting team.

I am a Landlord and have been with 2 other Estate Agents in Barking and Dagenham prior that I was forced to leave due to their poor service (to put it politely). I was therefore very sceptical coming to Haart, as unfortunately I just thought it would be similar. But to my pleasant surprise, I can honestly say that Haart has been very professional and reassuring. They have definitely gone beyond my expectations. I feel more comfortable that my property and tenants are looked after, while keeping me in the loop at every step. They have been honest, competitive and have a good track record that I appreciate. Although I have dealt with many good staff members, I have to point out that Simon C. has been particularly helpful. Very professional and always eager to solve any problems that may come about. I feel very reassured, having dealt with them for a year now, and I plan to continue on.

Joshua Amissah-Larbi was very helpful through the process. He was very professional and well informed about the area we were looking at as well as the process with Homelet . Haart agency in General is good, very responsive and straight forward when giving information, the only major issue I found is that they use homelet for their referencing system which sometimes causes unnecessary stress and issues that can be avoided when you want to rent a property. Before you start the process I would advise that you read carefully all that is requested of you and that you make sure that documents given meet the criteria. Even though the process was very stressful, I had an overall good experience thanks to Joshua's professionalism and calmly manner to deal with the issues one might encounter. I wish him very well.
