GoogleWorst letting agent we’ve used, got a property in Dagenham had no updates on the property, have had problems with the tenants and they are doing nothing except ask for money. Only given a one star as zero wasn’t available. Stay clear if your a landlord

GoogleI had a very positive experience with Haart Dagenham when selling my property. Initially I met Ben, who was very professional and negotiated a sensible rate. The sales team were hard working and did a great job bringing in viewings and keeping the energy up and maintaing my confidence despite difficulties with my tenants, my weird neighbours and the first two people that offered pulling out. They rolled with the punches and never lost faith that they could find me a buyer. Once a third offer had been secured, the post sales process kicked in and I dealt with the amazing Karen. She was polite, professional, responsive and human - always calling with updates and always 100% on the ball. I cannot praise her enough, she was excellent throughout a stressful process. Haart please take note - whatever you are paying her, it isn't enough!

GoogleI have had a wonderful, stress-free experience with Haart at Dagenham. We were first time landlords and Lee in particular was fantastic, he was very prompt with responses to queries and questions. We had to do very little, which is exactly what I wanted! Lee took care of everything and my property had a tenant within a few short weeks. The service was professional and I am sure that it will continue to be, I am very pleased that we decided to use Haart. GoogleThe staff here are rude! Have no people skills . You enquire about a property , they claim they will give you a call back. Two weeks later I’m still waiting. Re call them again and they just don’t even apologise or aim to re assist you. Shambles!!!!!! Need to realise they are there to do a job . You advertise a property and when you receive interests you then don’t bother to get back to the customer .NegativeResponsiveness

Jordan provided exceptional service: he visited me on the same day, he was upfront and honest and provided me with a realistic figure and you do not get this from most estate agents who are just trying to sign a contract with you. I would definitely recommend him!

GoogleDanielle Arban is a great employee, extremely attentive and goes the extra mile in order to make tenants feel safe and secure. Me and the other tenants needed a property to rent as soon as possible and Danielle was able to find a property that suited us with not only the location but the price and convenience. It was a great experience having Danielle help us.
