What can we say, the whole team from start to finish. From Richard, Abbie & Chris and then Donna our sales Progressor. Each and everyone has been attentive, understanding and even took time to congratulate us on exchanging contracts. A special mention also goes to Peter Walker backed up by Claire, He has been superb with his advice, his personality and at times a rock when we had wobbles during the economic uncertainties. I can't recommend the team and organisation highly enough. Thanks again guys.

At a time when things can be overwhelming with the journey of selling a property, to know you have trusted advisers and a support team working through things every step of the way with you is where the investment of having an agent really pays off. Balgores Hornchurch have been helpful, transparent in communication and professional throughout when selling our home. From Dwain and his skilful, knowledgable negotiating of the sale, to Viktor supporting and following up keeping us promptly informed. Special mention for Donna Hickey, an invaluable asset to the team keeping us up to date throughout, making us feel as though our questions and concerns mattered and dealing with every twist and turn calmly on our behalf and giving us comfort in knowing she is striving always to achieve the best possible outcome no matter what, rreally giving us peace of mind from beginning to completion. I don’t often leave reviews but feel this is necessary. After having such a lovely experience with a different agent (that has continued even after moving in) it shows the lack of care you get with Balgores who forget you exist once they have the commission from letting the property. You can also expect a fight for a return of deposit at the end of tenancy from Balgores as it’s been over a month since I moved out and I am still waiting. You get ‘cut off’ during transfer on the phone and emails go unanswered. Unprofessional, money grabbers.

They never answer to the phone and only requires you to complete a form. I personally think this is wrong because not all the necessary Information are available . As for example I have to enquire about the pets if accepted by the property and I have to complete a form . Plus never heard back so I stop completing them and avoingin any advert posted by them as they are useless!

Early this year we entrusted Balgores in Upminster with firstly selling our property and then finding us our new house. The sale was managed with very little input from ourselves and with a great deal of consideration for our comfort during the process. Having found us our new property in the location we were seeking we encountered a long delay in the buying process due to certain legal matters during which time we were provided with access to the house by the ever patient Jessica Smith and afforded a conduit to liase with the sellers by the always optimistic and cheerful Donna Hickey both of whom made the experience so much easier.

I just want to start by saying a massive thank you to both Peter and Claire, without them we would not be purchasing our first home.Peter stuck with us since the beginning, replying to my texts at all times even when it was late at night when I had a question, arranging zoom calls and explaining the whole process to us in simple terms. I think we are all as relieved as each other to finally get this over the line 😊Claire’s communication skills were excellent, always replying to emails and chasing on our behalf without us needing to send any reminders she was always one step ahead, she does a lot of work behind the scenes to get all documents sorted and to help the process run smoothly! Claire goes above and beyond! We will defo be back with our next house move (no time soon) and hope you will both still be here to help us again 😊

I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt i needed to share. Recently had to put the family home on the market due to divorce, and following advice from solicitors, asked 5 different estate agents to value our property before choosing one to go with, Balgores being one of them. We ultimately decided to use a different agent, and this company have not left me alone- sending blunt texts asking why we didn’t choose them and seemingly not taking no for an answer. I found them unprofessional in that they kept calling and texting me - pushing me to potentially break my contract with my chosen agent, causing me extra stress and the need to send a message requesting they stop contacting me. I appreciate it’s a competitive industry, but I felt harassed.
