Awful

Awful, we wanted to view a property and was told by Sean we had to have an agreement in principle in place or they would have to validate my earnings to satisfy their vendor. Never heard such absolute rubbish. It’s clearly a hard sell to get you to use their mortgage advisors. Disgusting service and I was spoken to like i was stupid and didn’t understand how mortgages work (despite having had multiple mortgages and owned properties for over 20 years) and a large cash deposit.

Extremely efficient service…

Working with Toni at Balgores Lettings Romford has been a great experience. Not only has she provided a very efficient service, she is also very knowledgeable and responsive, whenever a question arises. For first time landlords the process has been extremely seamless. I would thoroughly recommend their services.

Helpful service

I have had a really tough time searching for my perfect property in a reasonable budget. When I contacted Balgores the agent Curtis was very knowledgeable of the market and helped me find my dream home. I would recommend Curtis to anyone searching for a new home.

Best team in the area: if you're buying or selling use Balgores, you won't regret it!

Best team in the Havering area: if you're buying or selling use Balgores, you won't regret it!Donna, Peter and Claire at the Upminster branch were on top of all enquiries, made the process incredibly smooth, and got my purchase done. Buying a house is one of the most stressful things you can do, and having this dream team in my corner, took the stress off me completely: thank you to all!Having been through the process of buying and selling houses a few times now in Hornchurch and Upminster, I've dealt with a few local agents. The Balgores team are miles ahead of all the other estate agents - I've never had any problems with others in the area, but the service from Balgores, specifically Donna, Claire, Pete and Chris, was just perfection and noticeably more communicative and smoother than I've had before and actually made the process fun.

Excellent experience!

Excellent experience! Was looked after all the way from getting the house valued, putting it on the market, arranging viewings and then the sale going through. Curtis Johnson kept in contact and answered all my queries quickly and efficiently. Have already recommended to a few people!

I used Ric Burns of the Upminster…absolutely excellent

I used Ric Burns of the Upminster Office to act for my client in the sale of a probate property. The matter was very complicated but he was extremely helpful and professional throughout. Once we were in a position to proceed the matter went through quickly and efficiently at an excellent price. By then Ric had already done so much work in relation to the matter, and had helped by arranging regular visits to the property for insurance purposes . I cannot recommend highly enough.

Absolutely amazing service from Peter…

Absolutely amazing service from Peter and Claire, as a first time buyer they have both made the whole process run smoothly going above and beyond what was expected of them, with Peter replying to calls and emails out of his usual working hours and over the weekends always giving peace of mind when needed. Thank you both so much for everything, I don't think I could have done it without you. Michael.

Peter walker and Claire Dartnell are the most patient understanding friendly people they made the process so much easier and dealt with any random questions we had night or day as we are 1st time mortgage people.Nothing was ever too much trouble and as Daniel dawes was our 1st advisor from balgores it would seem you have a fantastic group of advisors that take their jobs very seriously and are extraordinary at what they do.Couldn't have asked to be put in touch with a better mortgage company from day 1.
