I’d definitely give Susan Dunn of Thornton’s a 5* review. She handled our recent holiday home purchase from start to finish and kept us informed throughout. She has a friendly manner and a good sense of humour. I’ve promised her a weekend in our holiday home once it’s decorated and furnished. I would have no hesitation in recommending Thornton’s - we have dealt with them for over ten years and had no issues.

Thorntons provided a very reliable service. I was provided an overview and accurate breakdown of costs. I was guided through the steps of selling my property promptly and professionally. Appointments came through quickly and were honoured appropriately by Thorntons who kept me up to date through the selling process. Thankfully Thorntons letting team have set up an emergency web site, that is straight forward and easy to navigate. Jenna who answered my call was very calm and reassuring, sent out a plumber and the issue was fixed in very quickly indeed

Our appointed solicitor was Susan, she was faultless, keeping us well advised and supported every step of the way. Thorntons are excellent. A third party injured my three-year-old son, and Thorntons took the case and handled it with care and professon. Daniel reassured me through out the case, and he was in regular communication with me. They won my case, and the third party admitted liability. Testimate to the hard work of Daniel and Thorntons.
