I was in the unfortunate situation of having to sell my mothers house in Cupar after she passed away in March. As I live in East Ayrshire I was concerned as to how I would deal with things from so far away. I spoke with a number of agents but Erin from Lawrie made a great positive first impression. We used Lawrie Estate Agents after noticing how quickly they sold in our area. They sold our home within a week and by chance a property came up with them we were interested in and we bought within a day of this coming on. They recommended a solicitor for us and I can tell you after moving 10 times in 20 years he was the best solicitor we have ever used. Lawrie's and the recommended solicitor made things easy with excellent and friendly communication explaining everything we needed to know. We would recommend them to anyone without hesitation, a great team of people who know their stuff and do not employ dodgy tactics like some famous local rivals !
