After being recommended by family to use Lawries, we were happy from the get go. Honest, knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. They sold our house in 4 DAYS! Erin is fantastic, friendly and professional! Charlene was always happy to help us when we phoned in or emailed, they are a great team and when we visited the shop everyone was welcoming. I will recommend to family and friends and wish them all the success as a business. Thank you again

We used Lawrie Estate Agents when selling our house recently in the East Neuk. The service we received from them was outstanding. Their communication with us was excellent, we were kept informed each step of the way. No matter who we spoke to when we phoned, they knew everything about our situation. The photographer they used did an excellent job and our house sold in a matter of days. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lawrie Estate Agents to anyone considering selling their property. Their friendly, professional way made the whole process stress free.

Lawrie Estate agents helped me find my forever home for my family. We are so grateful for their support! We viewed a few houses with them, and when the decision came to out an offer on they helped us review the house at the last minute. I have just picked up the keys, and was met by three wonderful women and 2 beautiful and well behaved dogs! What a treat They were so nice and cheerful, alleviating the stress of move out/move in day. Brilliant service Thank you

From start to finish, Lawrie Estate Agents were always professional, approachable, and honest, I genuinely could not have asked for anyone better to sell my property. I don’t often write reviews, but the team really do work incredibly hard to ensure a smooth process from valuations right through to conclusion. This is the third property we have bought/sold through Lawries, and I honestly wouldn’t use anyone else. The fact that it’s owner-run really shows, as it allows them to provide that personal touch that makes such a difference. Every transaction was smooth, I was kept fully up to date throughout, and completion happened exactly when it should have. Highly recommend, and as an added bonus, popping into the office means being greeted by the most lovely dog, which definitely helps reduce the stress of buying and selling! 🐶

Joyce and her team are outstanding. From initial consultation to daily updates from the team, we were kept informed and advised all the way through the sales process. Our house was sold within 10 days and from photography to offer acceptance it was smooth and professional. The numbers don’t lie and Joyce sells more houses in the area than any of the competition.

If I could I would give these amazing ladies many more ⭐️ I would . I have both sold my house & bought through joyce Lawries agency . The latter was no mean feat , in fact nightmare would be more accurate . When we were failing & getting desperate these ladies guided us helped us every step of the way . They have great knowledge , patience & came up with solutions at every bad turn to which we are ever grateful. This is an honest review not driven by anything else other than the truth & much appreciation . 2 years ago they sold our house which was a much less dramatic experience but the same accolades apply . Credit where credit is due . I have bought & sold 14 times in my years & honestly these girls & the ethos of Joyce Lawrie will get you through to the end . So thank Charlene , Val & Erin & Gill & to Joyce who trained them all 🙌❤️

I contacted Lawrie Estate Agents after hearing some very positive reports from friends. Erin, Val and Charlene were very approachable and friendly and made the difficult situation of selling my mum's house, much less stressful and upsetting. The ladies are a very knowledgeable and professional team. Huge thanks also, to both the appointed solicitor and photographer for their experience. I would highly recommend that you engage the Lawrie Team. Many thanks, Erin, Val and Charlene for all your help.

Was recommended Lawries and I cannot praise them enough. All the staff go the extra mile to deliver first class customer service. I have used different estate agents in the past and none are in the same league as Lawries. Nothing is too much bother to them and they made what could be a stressful process easy. Thank you to everyone including their photographer who went over and above to help sell our home quickly and smoothly.

We were very impressed with the entire experience of our successful house sale through Lawries this autumn. From the initial meeting with Joyce, through our discussions with Val and the team in Cupar, to the photographer and the agents who showed our property over 60 viewings we found a high level of knowledge, professionalism and friendliness. Moving house can be stressful so their calm and positive approach was very helpful. If you aren’t sure which agent to use, look no further than this excellent one!

Joyce and her team were AMAZING from start to finish. Before we put our house on the market we were worried about the house viewings, getting everything sorted while we had 2 kids, 3 dogs and a bussines we run from home, but we had no hassle or stress at all. Joyce and her team dealt with all the viewings and always kept us up to date with the whole process. Would highly recommend Lawrie estate agents.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Many thanks to Joyce and her team for their assistance in selling our house at the end of last year. Joyce was our first and only choice because she had helped us with a previous sale. She did the valuation and arranged the photographer, and her team organised the publicity and the viewings, so that it was as trouble-free as possible. Her team - Charlene and Erin - provided us with feedback from the viewings, and made sure that any questions arising were answered. Our house sold in 3 weeks.

We were keen to sell our home quickly as we had seen our new home and time was of the essence to secure our move. We had seen in the past Laurie Estate Agent signs in Cupar and had noticed that the houses they sold went quickly. We decided on Lawrie’s and it was the best decision we could have made as our house went up for sale on a Thursday and we had an offer in writing the following Monday. The whole team including the surveyor, photographer and girls in the office were excellent in their manner and professionalism we could not fault them in any way and would thoroughly recommend Lawrie Estate Agents in Cupar Thanks again Andrew and Agnes Cameron

Great service from start to finish. With all the challenges that come with a rural development our property sale was anything but simple. Joyce and her team were attentive when required but also knew when to give us space to make decisions. The knowledge of the market in our area was invaluable in helping us take the step to marketing the property. We wrote a short guide/history for the house to help. Once armed with the correct information I think we would struggle to find anyone to do a better job of selling out house. The added pressure of covid restrictions were handled with ease. Very professional. Thanks again.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

Lawrie Estate agents are amazing! Joyce is friendly, reassuring and knows her stuff! Lawrie Estate agents marketed our property for us, which ended up selling in 10 days! The property we moved to was also marketed by Joyce, when this turned out to be more complicated than any of us first envisaged, Joyce was always there to take my stressed calls and would always manage to reassure me. Joyce, Charlene and the rest of the team are just superb! Highly recommended!

Two years ago my sister died. A year ago my father died. We’ve had a horrible few years. My mother and I both live in Lancashire and when it came to selling my sisters’s home in Fife, we faced a 600 mile round trip to resolve every little problem, for every meeting, for every unforeseen issue. Thank heavens we found Joyce! She heads up a great estate agents, and does everything you’d hope. She’s exceptionally communicative, understands the market she operates in, because she is based in that community, delivers on her promises and does it all for a reasonable fee. All of that sets her, and her business, apart from all of her competition. However, she is so much more, she empathised with our problems, both the logistical and the emotional, and just helped, helped in every way she could think of. We asked so much of her, far too much, and she just said yes. The level of her support has been extraordinary and has made the anticipated horror of the process simple and bearable for my mother. We can’t thank Joyce and her team enough, and recommended Lawrie Estate Agents with out reservation. Andy Brierley
