Fife Properties Cupar reviews

Great service all around - from the first enquiry I submitted, they have responded very quickly to any query I have had. This was my first time selling a property and I felt the process has been stress free from the start due to the helpfulness of the agents and how easy it was to get in touch with them - especially on a Saturday. The agents offered useful advice to guide me clearly through the process. Their wide range of marketing techniques meant I sold my flat fat quicker than I would have ever expected.

We bought a house in St Andrews in late 2019. An earlier one that we were interested in, and the one we bought, were both sold by Fife Properties. As we'd had a good experience buying, and we knew that both of those had sold quickly, we decided to sell our house in Kingsbarns with FP too. They sorted out the arrangements for putting it on the market efficiently. Our timing wasn't ideal, as it went on the market a few weeks before lockdown, and a new building development had just started immediately next to us. Nonetheless, FP kept in touch and queued up some viewings for once restrictions were eased. The sale completed in August, with an excellent offer significantly higher than our expectations.

From deciding to sell, right through to completion we were kept up to date and any questions we had were answered quickly, at every stage, even after five weekdays and at weekends. The photos and videos were outstanding, and our house sold in only two days. Great job!

Definitely would not recommend fife properties due to poor communication throughout the journey of sale, very often seemed a case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing, disappointing show from them
