GoogleWorking with Fife Properties was a positive experience from start to finish, beginning with Jim's initial visit to view the property when his enthusiasm together with his detailed and up-to-date knowledge of the local housing market really shone through. The advertising of the house was excellent and the video walk-through posted on social media got a huge number of hits online before the listing went live on Rightmove. This helped reach a wider audience at a time when market conditions were becoming much more difficult with interest rates and mortgage costs both sharply on the rise. There was regular communication from the team in the Cupar office and a sale was agreed within a month of the house going on the market. All in all, I can recommend Fife properties wholeheartedly.

GoogleI bought my house through Fife Properties when I was locating from the Southern Hebrides to Fife. Because of the distances involved, my initial contact was via email and telephone. Susan Patterson was extremely helpful in accommodating my requests and provided all the information I asked for quickly and efficiently.
The video tour of the house was invaluable as it turned a property I may not otherwise have considered into my new home (Jim's cheerful enthusiasm for the task also helped immensely).
When it came to viewings, in the space of a few days, I viewed multiple properties being marketed by Fife Properties and again Susan was helpful in arranging these, was patient and unhurried during the viewings, and helpful with local information.
Once my offer had been accepted, communication was excellent and the process for collecting the keys was straightforward, with everyone in the office sharing my excitement! The welcome pack left at the house was the icing on the already superb cake.
I was delighted with the service I received from Fife Properties as a purchaser and would have no hesitation in recommending their services to others.
