GoogleFrom start to finish there was excellent team work and professional communications throughout. We felt the team were really working for us. Nothing was a problem and all questions were dealt with efficiently which gave us reassurance every step of the way. We would highly recommend Fife Properties to anyone wishing to sell their home. From the moment Jim Parker walked through the door, we felt in safe hands. The organisation and teamwork is very slick. GoogleFife Properties were excellent throughout the process of selling our house. The evaluation of the property was detailed and helped helped us make the decision to sell through this agent. From this point onwards the service was straightforward and of a very high standard. The online pre portal launch was far reaching and I believed this helped us generate a lot of interest in the property. Once the house was online we received a lot of interest and the staff kept us up to date with the progress throughout. We sold our property in less than two weeks for above asking price and were thrilled with the outcome. I selected value for money as I believe that if we had attempted to sell ourselves then we would not have had the reach that we did and we would have sold for far less than the potential value of the house. The team at fife properties are the best at what they do and I recommend following them on Facebook as they offer excellent advice for buyers and sellers. GoogleI have dealt with so many agents over the years and This agency Is the best. Second to none. Available all the time by text or phone calls. Always professional and customer service whether a buyer or a seller is amazing. I cannot fault them. They are innovative with their social media presence but their customer service is what I value the most. I have never come across an agency that goes to this level even over a bank holiday weekend they were there negotiating for me. Wow that is what I call service. GoogleFife properties worked around the clock to get my property sold, and succeeded in getting an excellent price for it too. They were excellent at staying in touch with me and in keeping me abreast of all parts of the process. However, due to a miscommunication within the team, they also accidentally sold a part of the property that was not for sale (!). We eventually managed to resolve this - to the benefit of Fife properties and the buyer. But at least my house was sold quickly, and for a very good price.
